FDI对长三角地区行业间收入差距的影响研究

摘 要

自从20世纪五十年代以来，面对广大发展中国家的现代化问题，关于外商直接投资对行业收入差距影响的理论，有两种截然相反的观点，即现代化理论与世界体系理论。虽然二者都强调外商直接投资在东道国经济发展中的重要作用，但是对于外商直接投资对东道国经济影响的预测却截然不同。一种认为外商直接投资拉大了东道国的行业收入差距，代表人物是美国的阿尔文·托夫勒；另外一种则认为，根据布列津斯基定律，要素国际流动，带来收入均等化，依此，利用外商直接投资有利于缩小东道国的收入差距。本文将简要对两种理论就外商直接投资对于东道国行业收入分配影响这一问题进行综述，并以长三角地区为例，将外商直接投资对于行业收入分配的影响的研究进行总结。本文的数据采用的是我国2006-2016年与之有关的数据。

通过对数据的研究分析，可以发现，外商直接投资在将我国行业收入水平提高的同时，由于各行业倾注力度与影响方法的不同，致使不同行业之间的增幅不同，进而拉大了不同行业间的收入差距。

由此，本文认为在后续利用外商直接投资的过程当中，在吸收外商直接投资令其对中国经济发挥促进作用的同时，应当制定合理的政策，对外商直接投资进行引导，使其趋于合理分布，减少其对行业收入差距拉大的负面效应。

ABSTRACT

Since 1950s, for the modernization in the developing world and the impact of FDI on the industry income gap theory, there are two opposite views that namely modernization theory and world system theory. Although both emphasize the important role of FDI in the economic development of the host country, the forecast of FDI economic impact on the host country is quite different. On one hand,FDI has widened the industry income gap in the host country.The representing is Alvin Toffler. On the other hand, it is believed that according to Brezinski law, the international flow of elements brings about equal income equality, and the utilization of FDI is conducive to narrowing the income gap of the host country. In this paper, the author summarizes the influence of FDI on the income distribution of the industry.And take the Yangtze river delta as an example.The data used in this paper are the data related to China from 2006 to 2016.

Through the research of data analysis, we can see that, due to the different method of industry to pour into strength and influence caused by different between different industries, and widen the income gap between different industries.

As a result, this paper argues that in the subsequent process of using FDI in absorbing FDI make it to the Chinese economy at the same time, give play to the role of promoting shall formulate a reasonable policy, to guide the FDI, make it tend to be more reasonable distribution, reduce its negative effect on the industry income gap widening.
