我国电影出口的现状与问题研究

摘 要

本文立足于国产电影出口的现状以及问题,并为中国电影出口的增加提出相应的对策与建议。本文的研究内容包括以下三个方面:第一,简要介绍我国电影出口的历史,并用数据统计的结果归纳我国电影出口的现状;第二,阐述当前中国电影出口中存在的的问题并总结这些问题出现的原因;第三,基于前文对中国电影出口的现状问题研究,提出优化中国电影出口的对策建议。

本文采用规范研究的方法分析问题。经研究发现,影响中国电影可能的因素有:电影产业发展水平,传播渠道和手段,制度与立法水平。限制中国电影出口的因素很多,包括产业链不完整,市场环境差,人才不足,政策上不支持,盗版严重,相关立法不完善等。

基于以上问题,政府和相关发行方应采取多种措施,完善立法,培养人才,拓宽传播渠道,加强改革,多方面、多角度地解决问题。加强产业建设,完善国内市场。电影人不仅要提高制作水平,还应在前期的融资阶段,后期的发行和后营销阶段投入努力,不仅要使影片更叫座,还要在后期的周边销售等产业链终端取得更大的收益。我们能采取的措施有:创新传播渠道,提高营销水平。拓宽融资渠道,健全融资体系。增强海外合作,优化资源配置。提高立法水平,加强版权保护。

Abstract

This article is based on the status and problems of domestic film exports, and provide corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for the increase in China's film exports. This paper includes the following three aspects: First, briefly introduce the history of China's film exports, and use the results of statistical data to summarize the status of China's film exports; Second, the current Chinese film exports in the existing problems and summarize these issues The third reason, based on the previous study of the status quo of China's film exports, proposed to optimize the Chinese film export countermeasures and suggestions.

This article uses the method of normative research to analyze the problem. The study found that the impact of Chinese film may be the factors: the level of development of the film industry, communication channels and means, system and legislative level. Restrictions on China's film exports a lot of factors, including the industrial chain is not complete, the market environment is poor, lack of talent, policy does not support, piracy serious, the relevant legislation is imperfect.

Based on the above problems, the government and relevant issuers should take various measures to improve the legislation, cultivate talents, broaden the channels of communication, strengthen the reform, multi-faceted and multi-angle to solve the problem. Strengthen the industrial construction, improve the domestic market. Filmmakers not only to improve the production level, but also in the early stages of financing, post-release and post-marketing stage of efforts, not only to make the film more popular, but also in the latter part of the surrounding sales and other industrial chain terminal to achieve greater returns. We can take the measures are: innovative communication channels, improve the marketing level. Broaden the financing channels and improve the financing system. Enhance overseas cooperation, optimize the allocation of resources. Improve the level of legislation, strengthen copyright protection.
