江苏省服务业利用外商直接投资的问题与对策研究

摘 要

世界各地的跨国企业在经济全球化的浪潮之下，开始在世界各地开始了他们的生产活动。这些年来，生产活动的全球国际化又使服务贸易的国际化得到了有效促进。步入21世纪以来，制造业已经不止在发达国家发展，发展中国家业渐渐开始流入制造业的生产活动，随着这一趋势，发达国家的服务业也随着制造业开始慢慢地进入发展中国国家。从数据来看，全球服务业的外商直接投资额甚至开始取代制造业第一的位置，成为了全球外商直接投资的重要组成部分。在世界各地的国家中，中国之所以能成为最具吸引外商直接投资的国家之一，是因为中国在经济全球化中成贤的巨大产能和无可限量的潜力。从改革开放，加入WTO后，中国一直都铭记初心，严格遵守并履行世贸组织的承诺，渐渐的，中国开始扩大国内服务业对世界的开放程度，服务业成为世界上对外国直接投资最开放的行业之一。作为江苏省的一个强大省份，它受益于“长江三角洲”的区域经济合作。在服务部门，外国直接投资在江苏省的发展中具有相当大的比较优势。然而，与中国东部沿海地区和主要城市相比，江苏省的外国直接投资在服务业中所占的比例仍然不合理，其结构也不合理。

本论文从五个部分来进行阐述，首先论文的开头部分对研究的背景意义、写作结构和实证方法分别进行了介绍；第二部分，在阅读和研究了国内外学者的文学之后，回顾了以前的学者在这个课题上的上的工作情况；第三部分分析了中国直接利用外国直接投资的情况，进一步分析了江苏整个行业的外商直接投资使用情况，进一步分析了江苏服务业使用外商直接投资的总体变化和结构，总结了江苏省服务业使用外商直接投资的好处；第四部分着重于实证研究，挑选一些代表性因素来研究这些因素对江苏省服务业利用外商直接投资的相关影响，在实证研究过程中，利用Eviews10.0软件进行了相关数据的处理并进行了残差检验，从而来研究这些代表性因素对江苏省服务业的影响程度；最后一个部分，在前面几个部分的基础上，提出如何扩大和提高江苏省服务业利用外商直接投资额的相关措施。

The Problems and Countermeasures of Using Foreign Direct Investment in Jiangsu Service Industry

Abstract

Under the tide of economic globalization, multinational enterprises around the world have begun their production activities all over the world. In recent years, the internationalization of production activities has effectively promoted the internationalization of trade in services. Since the beginning of the 21st century, the manufacturing industry has not only developed in developed countries, but also gradually started to flow into the manufacturing activities in developing countries. With this trend, the service industry in developed countries has also started to enter the developing countries with the manufacturing industry. According to the data, foreign direct investment in the global service industry has even begun to replace the manufacturing industry as the first place and become an important part of global foreign direct investment. Among countries in the world, China has become one of the most attractive countries for foreign direct investment because of its huge production capacity and unlimited potential in economic globalization. Since the reform and opening up and the accession to the WTO, China has always kept in mind its original aspiration, strictly abided by and fulfilled the commitments of the WTO. Gradually, China began to expand the openness of its domestic service industry to the world, and the service industry has become one of the most open industries to foreign direct investment in the world. As a strong province of Jiangsu, it has benefited from regional economic cooperation in the "Yangtze River Delta". In the service sector, foreign direct investment has considerable comparative advantages in the development of Jiangsu Province. However, compared with China"s eastern coastal regions and major cities, the proportion and structure of foreign direct investment in the service sector in Jiangsu Province is still not reasonable.

The paper consists of five parts. Firstly, the background and significance of the research, the structure of paper writing and the introduction of empirical methods are introduced in the beginning of the paper. The second part, after reading and studying the literature of domestic and foreign scholars, reviews the previous scholars" work on this subject; The third part analyzes the situation of China"s direct use of foreign direct investment, further analyzes the situation of the use of foreign direct investment in the whole industry of Jiangsu Province, further analyzes the overall change and structure of the use of foreign direct investment in the service industry of Jiangsu Province, and summarizes the benefits of the use of foreign direct investment in the service industry of Jiangsu Province. The fourth part focuses on the empirical research, choose some representative to study these factors impact on foreign direct investment utilization of service industry in jiangsu province, in the process of empirical research, using Eviews10.0 software for data processing and residual test, thus to study the influence degree of the representative factors on service industry of jiangsu province; The last part, on the basis of the previous several parts, puts forward how to expand and improve the service industry of Jiangsu Province to use foreign direct investment related measures.

研究背景

近年来，在全球经济动荡的影响下，全球外国直接投资实现了快速增长。除了发展中国家工业的增长外，服务业也从一些发达国家逐渐转移到发展中国家。自上世纪90年代以来，世界上所有国家和地区的工业结构逐渐转向服务业，以服务为导向的经济逐渐开始支持发达国家和一些发展中国家的工业。近年来，经济全球化已进入稳定发展阶段。世界各地不同国家和地区的跨国公司已经开始开展和组织相应的生产活动。因此，服务贸易也受到生产活动的推动，并倾向于国际化。跨国公司不仅需要全球贸易和通信的支持，还需要全球贸易和通信的支持，我们还需要全球金融和流通的支持。为了满足国际服务投资日益增长的趋势，跨国公司需要在世界各地进行一体化，并根据需求有效地利用相关资源。为了在国际全球竞争中，获得较高的地位和较强的控制力、影响力，服务业就必须优化相关生产要素的分配，通过服务业从发达国家转移到发展中国家来使成本得到减少，从而提高相关生产效率。同一时间，大部分国家，特别是发展中国家在国际经济一体化和贸易投资自由化的基础上，开始慢慢的发现，服务业作为全球经济一体化的重要组成部分，外商直接投资对于服务业有着不可或缺的决定性作用，乃至对整个国民经济都扮演者十分重要的角色
