摘 要

自2015年中国提出“一带一路”倡议后，中国国门进一步向世界打开，中国的经济发展得到了世界更高的关注。随着倡议的进一步推进、各项政策的稳步落实，中国的国际贸易与国际物流迎来新的发展机遇。但要使中国的国际贸易长远稳定发展，核心竞争力在世界范围内占有一席之地，国际物流必须与之协同发展。

“一带一路”的提出，对我国经济以及各国家之间的联系产生了重大优势，在该倡议下，中国的贸易与物流业得到了良好的发展。该文章主要针对此倡议带来的影响，收集2005年～2017年江苏省国际物流总值和进出口贸易总额等时间序列数据，利用统计学相关和回归分析验证两者之间的相互关系，分析出江苏省国际贸易与国际物流之间存在着高度的正相关关系。江苏省国际物流产业的快速发展对进出口贸易的发展具有非常强的推动作用；反之，国际贸易的发展亦促进国际物流体系的进一步完善，二者相辅相成。

总的来说，江苏省国际贸易与国际物流都正快速发展着，但二者要协同发展依旧面临着一些难题。为了更好地在“一带一路”的基础上实现国际物流与国际贸易的协同发展，首要加强宣传与沟通，提高倡议的认同度，创造出真正有利于二者协同发展的坏境，提高物流企业竞争力，与“一带一路”倡议相对接。

Coordinated Analysis of International Trade and International Logistics under the "One Belt And One Road" Initiative——Taking Jiangsu Province as An Example

Abstract

Since China put forward the "One Belt And One Road" initiative in 2015, China has further opened its doors to the world, and China"s economic development has attracted more attention from the world. With the further promotion of the initiative and the steady implementation of various policies, China"s international trade and international logistics have ushered in new opportunities for development. However, in order to ensure the long-term and stable development of China"s international trade and position its core competitiveness in the world, international logistics must develop in coordination with it.

The proposal of "one belt and one road" has brought great advantages to China"s economy and the relations among various countries. Under this initiative, China"s trade and logistics industry has developed well. Aiming at the impact of this initiative, this paper collects time series data such as the total value of international logistics and total import and export trade in Jiangsu Province from 2005 to 2017, uses statistical correlation and regression analysis to verify the relationship between them, and concludes that there is a highly positive correlation between international trade and international logistics in Jiangsu Province. The rapid development of Jiangsu"s international logistics industry has a very strong impetus to the development of import and export trade; on the contrary, the development of international trade also promotes the further improvement of the international logistics system, and the two complement each other.

Generally speaking, both international trade and international logistics in Jiangsu Province are developing rapidly, but there are still some difficulties in their coordinated development. In order to better realize the coordinated development of international logistics and international trade on the basis of "one belt and one road", we must strengthen propaganda and communication, enhance the recognition degree of the initiative, create a bad environment that is conducive to the coordinated development of the two parties, and enhance the competitiveness of logistics enterprises, which is relative to the "one belt and one road" initiative.

1.1研究背景

“丝绸之路经济带”与“21世纪海上丝绸之路”简称为“一带一路”。“一带一路”的提出是习主席为促进我国经济发展，促进各国之间来往，就多边贸易体制而提出的。该倡议提出后，在世界范围内产生了重大影响，不仅将沿路各国密切联系起来，也促进了各国的经济发展，尤其是各发展中国家，加强了各国之间的合作与友好往来，有着良好的发展前景，产生互利共赢的效果。随着世界经济全球化与一体化进程的不断推进，各国之间的贸易往来日益频繁，在该倡议提出后，各国出口与进口发展日益增多，在带动各国经济发展的基础上，也增进了之间的密切联系。
