摘 要
20世纪下半叶以来,随着经济全球化趋势的不断增强,越来越多的企业开始在这一大背景下,努力抓住发展机遇,在全球范围内开展国际化业务,并且进行自身所需资源的重新整合和配置。这些企业往往具有独特的全球视野,一般来说,规模比较大,更重要的是,它们在进入国际化市场之前就已经在国际化领域中占据了一定的份额。随着全球经济领域科学技术的提高以及全球政治经济环境的发展和变化,尤其是经济全球化的进一步发展,许多的企业从其刚开始成立时就积极地进入国际市场,并且很可能在没有任何资源优势的情况下取得国际化成功。这些所谓的天生全球化企业当前已日渐活跃在环球商务化的舞台上,也渐渐成为了近年来各个学者研究的热门话题。本文首先会对研究天生全球化企业发展状况的有关文献进行搜集与整理,然后再从创始人自身的网络关系这一角度对天生全球化企业国际化发展的国内外研究成果进行总结与概括,并且分析归纳出创始人人际关系对于天生全球化企业国际化成功的内在机理,从而能更深入地理解创始人自身的网络关系对于天生全球化企业国际化成功的重要性。

Abstract
Since the 1980s, with the development of economic globalization, more and more large multinational companies started on a global scale to the integration of resources and configuration. These companies generally have a larger scale, longer development time, and before the move into foreign markets accounted for a larger market share at home, very mature development. But with the development of technology, society and economic environment and change, especially the rise of entrepreneurial economy and the further development of economic globalization, many enterprises, since its establishment is quickly to the international market penetration, in does not have the advantage of size and age of internationalization and success. These enterprises are not only the natural phenomenon of globalization has been increasingly active in international business stage, also gradually become the research focus in the academic circles in recent years, this is the so-called "global enterprise" by nature. This article will first of all, a look at the related theory of "natural" globalization, again from the founder of the network relationship between the level of "natural" globalization on review of the latest academic research achievements at home and abroad, thereby summarized out relationships founder for naturally, the inner mechanism of enterprise internationalization successful global hope this article not only lays the foundation for further theoretical and empirical studies, can also be used for our country more and more "natural" globalization to the healthy growth of the enterprise to provide beneficial reference.
