摘 要
网络计算机技术的普及把人们带进了信息时代,电子商务也应运而生,以其时效性、开放性、跨地性等特点改变了传统的贸易方式,把国际贸易推向新的发展高度。同时电子商务给我国外贸企业带来了巨大商机,对我国企业的进步、经济的发展都起到了重要作用。但是在取得巨大成就时也带来了很多挑战:法律体系不完善;安全问题突出;人才缺乏等,这些都有待进一步的研究和解决。
为此,本论文从电子商务和我国对外贸易的发展历程出发,对相关学者的文献资料进行整理和归纳,发现目前相关研究主要是从电子商务的基础设施、政策环境和人才资源对我国外贸企业的影响出发,了解发展现状和存在的问题。为了进一步探究电子商务带来的我国外贸企业的商机和挑战,还从定性和定量两个方面进行分析。定性分析主要从微观和宏观两个方面进行阐述,定量分析则运用经济学相关理论,选取相关数据,利用OLS估计,从数理角度得出电子商务和我国外贸企业的关系是正相关的。在此基础上还将进一步探讨发展过程中遇到的挑战,并给出相应的对策。

Business opportunities and challenges of China"s foreign trade enterprises brought by electronic commerce
Abstract
The popularity of network computer technology has brought people into the information age, e-commerce also came into being, with its characteristics, such as timeliness, openness, and land characteristics, has changed the traditional way of trade and put the international trade to a new level of development. At the same time, e-commerce has brought great business opportunities to China"s foreign trade enterprises, which plays an important role in the progress of our country"s enterprises and the development of economy. But it also brings a lot of challenges: the legal system is not perfect; the security problem is outstanding; the lack of talents, etc., all of which need to be further studied and solved.
For this purpose, this paper from the electronic commerce and the development of China"s foreign trade, the relevant scholars of the literature data collation and induction, found that the current relevant research is mainly from the electronic commerce infrastructure, policy environment and human resources to the impact of China"s foreign trade enterprises, to understand the development status and existing problems. In order to further explore the business opportunities and challenges of China"s foreign trade enterprises, also from the qualitative and quantitative analysis of two aspects. Qualitative analysis mainly from two aspects of micro and macro, quantitative analysis of the use of economic theory, select the relevant data, the use of OLS estimates, from a mathematical point of view, the relationship between e-commerce and China"s foreign trade enterprises are positively related. On the basis of this, it will further explore the challenges encountered in the development process, and give the corresponding countermeasures.
