长三角地区服务业集聚的影响因素研究

摘 要

世界经济的发展走过了许多的阶段，从最开始的手工业型经济到工业型经济再到现代的服务型经济。每一次的经济类型转变都代表着世界经济朝着不同方向的进步。因此到了现今，服务型经济以已以其不可逆转的发展态势宣告它已成为现代经济发展的重要动力。而服务业集聚通过降低交易成本，提高生产效率、便捷现代交易等各方面的优势成为了服务型经济发展的必然趋势。因而服务业集聚成为了经济全球化下目前发展速度最快、区域扩张最为明显的经济现象。各个国家也想通过发展服务业集聚提升自己的国际地位和国际影响力。

长三角地区作为我国国内拥有最悠久经济历史、最庞大经济总量的地区理所当然的成为了经济代表最为典型的地区。在服务业不断壮大和迅速发展的今天，长三角地区也不断的跟随世界经济的脚步，通过自身努力的发展和国家强力的支持，使得服务业集聚现象在区域内已经十分明显。同时，服务业集聚所带来的巨大经济效益也推动着长三角地区更好更快的发展。这种双向的推动使得长三角地区成为了我国甚至国际上都有一定代表性的服务业集聚区域。因此，研究长三角地区服务业集聚对我国地区经济发展的方向和目标都有着重要意义。而本文的研究目的就是为国内和长三角地区各政府制定相关经济决策、促进地区发展提出科学的依据。

本文的完成是在已有的研究成果基础上进行了归纳和创新，先构建了长三角地区服务业集聚的影响因素的总体研究框架。其次通过对长三角地区目前的服务业集聚水平的测度来了解地区的发展空间，再通过分析长三角地区服务业集聚的影响因素来提供发展建议，最后通过研究长三角地区服务业集聚目前存在的问题来为长三角地区服务业集聚的长远发展提供可靠的具体操作意见。

The influence factors of service industry in Yangtze river delta agglomeration research

Abstract

The development of the world economy has gone through many stages, from the beginning of the hand industrial type economy to the industrial economy and then to the modern service economy. Each type of economic change represents the progress of the world economy in different directions. So to the present, the service economy has declared it has become an important driving force for the development of modern economy. The service industry agglomeration has become the inevitable trend of the development of service economy by reducing the transaction costs, improving the production efficiency, convenient modern trading and so on. Service industry cluster has become the fastest growing and most obvious economic phenomenon in the area of economic globalization. Each country also wants to promote its international status and international influence through the development of service industry agglomeration.

The Yangtze River Delta region, which has the longest history and the largest economy in China, has become the most typical region in China. In service sector continue to grow and the rapid development of today, Yangtze River Delta has been following the pace of world economy, through their own efforts in the development and national powerful support, service industry agglomeration in the region has been very obvious. At the same time, the huge economic benefits brought by the service industry agglomeration also promote the better and faster development of the Yangtze River Delta region. This two-way drive makes the Yangtze River Delta region has become a representative of China and even the international service industry gathering area. Therefore, it is important to study the service industry agglomeration in the Yangtze River Delta to the direction and goal of China"s regional economic development. The research purpose of this paper is to provide scientific basis for the government to make relevant economic decisions and promote regional development in China and the Yangtze River Delta region.

The completion of this paper is based on the existing research results on the basis of induction and innovation, firstly, the overall framework of the factors influencing the service industry agglomeration in the Yangtze River Delta is established.Then through to the Yangtze River Delta region is the service industry agglomeration measure of the level to understand the space for the development of the area, followed by an analysis of the influencing factors of the agglomeration of service industry in the Yangtze River Delta region to provide suggestions for the development, the research of service industry in Yangtze River Delta agglomeration existing problems to agglomeration of service industry in the Yangtze River Delta region"s long-term development provides reliable specific advice.
