摘 要

中国改革开放三十多年来，出口贸易蓬勃发展，出口贸易结构也发生了很大的变化。本论文基于中国出口贸易的发展，出口贸易地位日趋上升的贸易现状及发展趋势，对中国出口贸易结构的演进过程进行研究，分析了影响出口贸易结构的主要因素，从而提出中国对外贸易出口结构路径优化新思路。在本论文中，首先以近20年间出口贸易详细数据为基础，详细研究了自改革开放以来我国出口贸易结构中出口商品结构、出口方式结构、出口贸易主体、出口市场等方面的变化，接着选取了比较优势、产业结构调整、外商直接投资以及国家政策调整等主要影响因素来加以分析，来反映我国贸易结构的变化。最后本文结合我国实际国情以及贸易发展规律提出大力发展科技、优化出口贸易企业结构、有效发挥政府宏观调控的作用以及强化自主品牌竞争观念的建议。

Export Trade Structure Evolution and Optimization of China

Abstract

China"s reform and opening up 30 years, export trade to flourish, export trade structure also occurred in the great changes. This paper based on the development of China"s export trade, trade status and development trend of the increasing export trade status, evolution of China"s export trade structure research, analyzes the main factors affecting the structure of export trade, and a Chinese foreign trade export structure path optimization new ideas is proposed. In this paper, the first in nearly 20 years export trade with data based, a detailed study of the since the reform and opening up in China the export trade structure of export commodity structure and export structure, export trade body, Changes in the export market, and then chooses the comparative advantage, adjust the industrial structure, foreign direct investment and national policy adjustment mainly affects the factor to be analyzed to reflect the changes of trade structure of our country. Finally, combined with China"s actual conditions, as well as the development of trade rules made great efforts to the development of science and technology, optimize the structure of export trade enterprises effectively play the role of the government"s macroeconomic regulation and control and suggestions of strengthening the concept of independent brand competition.

第一章 绪 论

1.1 研究背景

改革开放以来，中国进出口贸易飞速发展，出口贸易规模进一步扩大，出口贸易结构日益改善，极大地拉动了经济的增长，带动了中国经济的不断发展。我国进出口总额由1978年的355.00亿元增长至2015年的245741亿元，其中，出口额由1978年的167.60亿元增长至2015年的141255亿元，中国已经是名副其实的贸易大国。但是中国出口贸易中仍存在着许多问题制约着我国对外贸易健康稳定的发展。近些年来出口一直都是我国经济高速增长的一个重要引擎，而由于经济危机所引起的外需减弱，中国出口贸易地区分布过于集中，出口贸易对象国主要集中于欧美市场，较为单一的出口贸易方式，致使我国出口形势变得异常严峻。因此在外贸方面稳定增长、调整结构、促进平衡成为推动我国对外贸易健康发展的方向。

1.2 研究的意义

改革开放三十几年来，中国对外贸易取得突飞猛进的发展，但是中国对外贸易结构的研究不能只着眼于表面数据，要清楚地认识到对外贸易发展过程中的内忧外患。当前我国正处在稳增长、调结构、转方式和促改革的关键时期，我们只有清楚地认识到我国在对外贸易中存在的制约因素，才有可能实现中国从贸易大国向贸易强国的转变。研究中国出口贸易结构变化的演变过程，分析出口贸易结构变化的原因，拓展优化中国对外贸易出口结构路径新思路，对提高我国出口产品的国际竞争力，优化升级产业结构，保持我国对外贸易的良好势头就显得意义重大了。
