区域金融业对对外贸易的影响与对策研究

摘 要

本文首先分析了金融发展对于对外贸易的作用机理，而后结合近七年的数据分别介绍了江苏省金融业和对外贸易的发展现状。之后利用搜集计算而得来的1993年至2010年的数据，选取相关变量，采取ADF、建立VAR模型等检验方法，进行关于江苏省金融与对外贸易的关系的实证分析，最后总结得出江苏省对外贸易与金融业之间确实存在一种长期均衡的关系,金融与对外贸易之间相互融合，彼此促进。金融市场结构对江苏省对外贸易的结构和规模都存在影响。最后根据全文分析所得，就如何加速金融发展促进对外贸易的问题提出：综合运用多种金融工具、加速金融创新战略、完善金融体制这三个主要政策性建议。

Analysis of The Impacts of Regional Financial on Foreign Trade And Countermeasures——A Case Study on JiangSu Province

Abstract

This paper first analyzes the mechanism of financial development for foreign trade,and then combined with nearly seven years of data respectively to introduce the developing situation of the financial industry and foreign trade in Jiangsu Province.After collected is used to calculate and data from 1993 to 2010，we chose some relative variables to proceed an empirical analysis of the financial relationship with the foreign trade in Jiangsu Province by inspection methods, such as ADF, establishing the VAR model.Finally ,we conclude that there is a long-term equilibrium relationship with the financial sector and foreign trade in Jiangsu Province.The integration of Finance and foreign trade, promote each other.Financial market structure has an impact on the structure and scale of foreign trade in Jiangsu province.Finally, according to the full text of the analysis, on how to accelerate the development of financial development to promote the issue of foreign trade: the comprehensive use of a variety of financial instruments, accelerate financial innovation strategy, improve the financial system of these three major policy recommendations.

第一章 导 言

1.1研究背景及意义

随着改革开放的不断深化，对外贸易已经成为一国国民经济的有重要组成部分，同时也是国民经济整体中一个必不可少的环节。2012年，中国贸易总额首次赶超美国，一跃成为世界贸易规模最大的国家。2013年，中国对外贸易发展面临的内外部环境较为提升，但是阻力依然还是存在。由于外需不足，导致中国出口越来越受到贸易摩擦的影响，也使得转变外贸发展方式这一任务迫在眉睫。至2015年年末，海关总署署长于广洲称，今年以来，我国对外贸易增速出现明显回落。根据海关总署的数据显示，2015年上半年，中国进出口总值22244.5亿美元，与14年相比有所下降。这些数据显示我国外贸将告别过去的高速增长进程，进而进入到中低速增长的新常态。据《经济参考报》在广州等各大外贸城市调研发现，不少外贸出口企业反映，由于持续的外需不足的影响，导致贸易壁垒让出口不堪重负。外贸数据以及企业现状均显示出外贸形势严峻程度远超年初预期。由此看来，2016年外贸发展将会遇到不少的困难。因此对于外贸发展的对策研究是很有必要的。然而面对对外贸易的国际新形势，传统的相关理论研究需要有益的补充来充实对现实情况的解释力。金融发展是比较优势的决定因素之一，其对于对外贸易的影响吸引了越来越多的国内外学者的目光，因此，研究金融发展对于对外贸易的影响研究具有重要的理论和现实意义。
