摘 要

人民币汇率变动对贸易有着密切的联系，但影响贸易的因素众多，除了汇率还包括外交，军事，经济，股市等。人民币汇率变动与贸易量不存在绝对的正相关或负相关，不能简单的依靠人民币贬值来促进出口，而忽略进口。即使在人民币汇率不变的情况下，其他各国的汇率上升或者下降也会影响我国外贸市场的国际竞争力。据最近的数据统计表明，我国近几个月的外贸出口额有所减少，但同时进口额减少更多。此时如果大幅贬值人民币来促进出口，将导致进出口比例差值更大。同时，贸易额的减少并不能直观的表明外贸交易量的减少，因为存在大宗商品价格下降的影响，导致即使交易量上升，交易额仍然存在减少的可能。

江苏省轻，重工业发达，拥有六大支柱行业和一大批的大型骨干企业，属于我国经济最发达的地区之一。全省可以分为苏南，苏中，苏北地区，各地区的产业结构正逐步优化，但由于自然条件等因素导致三区域间的发展水平存在较明显的差异。2015年上半年以及2016年前几个月，江苏贸易进出口额都出现双降，但在全国比重并没有下降，连续多年保持在10%以上。汇率的变动会对江苏省的贸易竞争力产生一定的影响，但并不是决定竞争力的唯一因素，可以通过调整产业结构，发展智能化生产，创建品牌，开拓市场来提升竞争力，从而促进经济的发展。

An Empirical Analysis of The Impact of RMB Exchange Rate Fluctuation on The Trade of Jiangsu Province

Abstract

The change of RMB exchange rate is closely related to the trade, but the trade effects of many factors, in addition to the exchange rate also includes diplomatic, military, economic, market and so on.There is no absolute positive correlation or negative correlation between RMB exchange rate and trade volume. It is not easy to rely on the devaluation of the RMB to promote import and export. Even in the case of the RMB exchange rate unchanged, other countries" exchange rate rise or fall will also affect the international competitiveness of China"s foreign trade market. According to recent statistics show that China"s foreign trade exports in recent months has decreased, but at the same time the amount of imports to reduce more.At this point if the sharp devaluation of the RMB to promote exports, will lead to a greater proportion of imports and exports.At the same time, the reduction of trade volume does not directly indicate the reduction of the volume of foreign trade transactions, because of the impact of the decline in commodity prices, leading to the decrease in the volume of transactions, even if the volume of transactions increased.

Jiangsu Province, light, heavy industry, has six pillar industries and a large number of large backbone enterprises, is one of the most economically developed regions in china.The province can be divided into South of Jiangsu, Jiangsu, Northern Jiangsu, the industrial structure of the region is gradually optimized, but because of the natural conditions and other factors leading to the development level of the three regions there is a significant difference.In the first half of 2015 and 2016 before a few months, Jiangsu trade import and export volume appeared in decrease, but there was no decrease in the proportion of national and for many years remained in more than 10%.Changes in the exchange rate will have a certain impact the trade competitiveness of Jiangsu Province, but did not determine the competitiveness of the only factor, through the readjustment of the industrial structure and the development of intelligent production, create brand, to open up the market to enhance competitiveness and to promote economic development.

第一章 绪论

1.1问题的提出

汇率是指两种不同货币之间的兑换比率，汇率的变动会对进出口贸易，物价，资本流动，国际贸易竞争力等产生影响。同时，它也受很多因素的影响而变动，比如国际收支，通货膨胀，利率，经济增长率，财政赤字，外汇储蓄，汇率政策等经济因素。对外贸易是国家经济发展的重要组成部分，汇率作为其价格指标会对国家的贸易竞争力产生重大影响，从而影响一国经济的整体发展水平。

从近五年美元对人民币汇率的走势图中可以看到，从2009年1月到2010年6月美元对人民币汇率一直保持在6.8左右，而2010年中期之后到2012年第一季度汇率急剧下降到6.3，此后在2012年中有一个小幅度上升达6.4，至今一直缓慢下降到6.1以下。
