全球金融危机对江苏出口贸易的影响及应对策略

摘 要

消费、投资、出口是拉动经济增长的“三驾马车”。江苏省作为全中国经济发展的第二大省份，出口贸易受到各界重视。2007年美国次贷危机引发全球金融危机，这次金融危机不仅对世界各地的经济造成了严重的冲击，对中国也不例外。次贷危机使全球主要经济体经济步入衰退、贸易额急剧下降，由于经济的不景气，失业率增加，在这种情况下，贸易保护主义逐渐抬头。金融危机带来的恶劣影响给江苏省出口贸易带来巨大冲击，出口增速减缓，对外贸易顺差大幅减少，靠出口为主的贸易型企业利润下降、规模开始萎缩甚至停产。因此，江苏出口贸易如何走出逆境，是江苏省出口产业发展的重要问题。本文以相关理论和数据为依托，分析江苏出口贸易发展情况及影响因素，并基于此提出应对策略。

本文首先阐述了研究背景和研究意义，综述了相关文献，说明了本文的基本框架。其次，本文简单分析江苏省发展出口贸易的内外部环境，然后根据2002年至2007年江苏省出口贸易的数据变化，从出口总额、出口贸易方式、出口贸易主体及出口贸易市场这几方面分析江苏出口贸易在金融危机前的发展概况。第三，根据2007年至2014年数据，分析全球金融危机对本省出口贸易带来的具体影响，以及影响江苏省出口贸易的具体因素。最后，根据分析结果，就江苏省如何防范和应对金融危机，以及之后如何发展出口贸易等问题提出了建议和对策。

Influences and Countermeasures of the International

Financial Crisis on the Export Trade of Jiangsu

Abstract

Consumption, investment and export is called “three carriages” which driven economic growth. Jiangsu Province is the second provinces in economic development in China and all walks of life pay attention to its export trade. In 2007, the U.S. subprime mortgage crisis triggered the global financial crisis, the financial crisis was not only caused serious impaction in the world economy , but also no exception to China. The subprime crisis made major economies in a global recession, trade dropped sharply, due to the economic downturn, the unemployment rate increased, in this case, trade protectionism is rising. The adverse effects caused by the financial crisis brought huge impact to the export trade of Jiangsu Province, export growth slowed, foreign trade surplus sharply reduced by export-oriented trade enterprises profits decline, the scale began to shrink or even stop production. Therefore, how to export trade of Jiangsu out of adversity, is an important problem in the export industry of Jiangsu province. Based on the related theories and data based on the analysis of development situation and influence factors of export trade in Jiangsu, and based on this proposed strategy.

This paper describes the research background and research significance, the literature review describes the basic framework. Secondly, this paper simply analysis the internal and external environment of developing export trade in Jiangsu Province, then according to the 2002 to 2007 in Jiangsu Province export trade data changes, from the aspects of total exports, export trade, export trade body and export trade market of Jiangsu export trade in the financial crisis before the development situation. Third, according to data from 2007 to 2014, this paper analysis the impact of the global financial crisis on the export trade in the province, and the specific factors which affect its export trade of. Finally, according to the analysis results, proposed countermeasures on Jiangsu province how to prevent and respond to the financial crisis, and then how to develop export trade.
