基于价值链理论的江苏省加工贸易转型升级研究

摘 要

自改革开放以来，江苏省利用其优越的沿海地理位置、良好的对外贸易环境，通过大力发展加工贸易，紧密地融入到了全球价值链体系中。但是，江苏加工贸易仍然存在许多问题，这些问题严重阻碍了江苏加工贸易的发展。所以，立足于江苏加工贸易产业发展现状，借鉴其他地区加工贸易产业转型升级经验，形成江苏省特有的加工贸易产业发展模式，是江苏加工贸易转型升级的重心。本文以相关理论为依据，分析总结江苏省加工贸易发展现状，并据此对江苏省政府、企业提出加工贸易转型升级的对策建议。

本文绪论部分阐述了研究背景和意义，分析了研究思路及内容，说明了本文的文章框架。其次，本文综述了国内外相关文件。第三，本文分析了江苏加工贸易产业发展的现状及问题，提出了江苏加工贸易转型升级的必要性。第四，本文分析了江苏加工贸易转型升级的可行性，并且在全球价值链视角下分析江苏加工贸易产业转型升级的路径。最后，本文分别从政府与企业角度提出江苏加工贸易产业转型升级的对策建议。

Based on Value-chain Theory Study on the Transformation and Upgrading of Processing Trade in Jiangsu Province

Abstract

Since the reform and opening up, Jiangsu Province, with its excellent coastal location, excellent foreign trade environment, by developing processing trade, tightly integrated into the global value chain system. However, Jiangsu processing trade there are still many problems that seriously hindered the development of Jiangsu processing trade. Therefore, based on the current situation in Jiangsu processing trade industry, industrial transformation and upgrading of processing trade learn the experience of other regions, forming a unique Jiangsu processing trade industry development model, Jiangsu processing trade transformation and upgrading of the center of gravity. In this paper, the relevant theory, analyze and summarize Processing Trade Development in Jiangsu Province, and accordingly the Jiangsu provincial government, enterprises put forward countermeasures transformation and upgrading of processing trade.

The introduction of this article describes the background and significance, research ideas and analyze the content of the article describes the framework of this paper. Secondly, this paper reviews the domestic and foreign relevant documents. Thirdly, the paper analyzes the current situation and problems of development in Jiangsu processing trade industry, the necessity of Jiangsu processing trade transformation and upgrading. Fourth, the paper analyzes the feasibility of Jiangsu upgrading of processing trade, and the analysis path in Jiangsu industrial transformation and upgrading of processing trade in the global value chain perspective. Finally, this paper presents suggestions Jiangsu industrial transformation and upgrading of processing trade from the government and business angles.
