摘 要

对外直接投资能够帮助企业获取利润，也是企业走上国际化战略的重要组成部分。相比于其他经济区域，江苏省虽然经济发展迅速，但对外直接投资的起步远远落后，发展较为缓慢。通过学习和借鉴其他地区对外直接投资发展的经验，使江苏走上一条对外直接投资蓬勃发展的道路。本文结合对外直接投资的相关理论，分析欧美发达地区走过的对外直接投资的道理，并基于此分析提出江苏对外直接投资发展的建议。

本文绪论论说了研究背景和研究意义，说明了本文的主要内容和文章框架。其次，本文综述了国内外对外直接投资的相关文献，为江苏对外直接投资提供参考。第三，从江苏对外直接投资的地区、行业分布和投资流量分析，江苏对外直接投资的发展概况，江苏企业在对外直接投资过程中存在的突出问题。第四，在前文的结论上分析对外直接投资可行性战略，在此基础上提出相应的对策。

Abstract

Foreign direct investment is indispensable to the enterprise profit the way, is also an important part of enterprise internationalization. Compared with other economic regions, foreign direct investment in jiangsu province started relatively late, development is relatively slow.
