摘 要

金融服务业集聚是产业集聚的基本组织形式之一，其优化资金配置、促进产业结构的调整的作用是经济增长与发展的重要基石。本文认为从金融服务业聚集角度出发，研究其与江苏省产业结构升级之间的关系，具有重要的意义。本文利用江苏省2008年至2016年的数据计算江苏省金融服务业集中度的位置熵，并继续计算江苏各城市的区位熵指数。在进行了格兰杰因果检验后，设定模型，运用时间序列模型进行单位根检验，协整检验和回归，研究江苏省金融服务业集聚度水平和产业结构升级的影响。结论表明，江苏省金融服务业集中度处于不利地位，各个城市金融集聚程度存在较大差异。实证结果表明，江苏省金融服务业集聚程度对促进产业结构升级具有显着作用，技术创新，人力资本和外贸规模对推动产业结构升级有正向影响，FDI对产业结构升级没有显著影响。 最后，在此基础上提出相应的政策建议。

Abstract

The agglomeration of financial services industry is one of the basic organizational forms of industrial agglomeration. Its role in optimizing the allocation of funds and promoting the adjustment of industrial structure is an important cornerstone of economic growth and development. This article thinks that it is of great significance to study the relationship between the industry and the upgrading of industrial structure in Jiangsu Province from the perspective of the aggregation of financial services industry. The article uses the data of Jiangsu Province from 2008 to 2016 to calculate the location entropy of the financial service industry concentration in Jiangsu Province, and then continues to calculate the location entropy index of each city in Jiangsu. Next, using the time series model for unit root test, co-integration test, and Granger causality test to study the impact of financial service industry agglomeration level and industrial structure upgrade in Jiangsu Province, the conclusion shows that the level of financial service industry accumulation in Jiangsu Province is in the whole country. The level of disadvantage and the level of financial agglomeration in each city are quite different. The empirical results show that the level of financial agglomeration can promote the upgrading of the industrial structure. The impact of FDI on the upgrading of industrial structure is not significant, and the technological innovation, human capital, and foreign trade scale are both significant. The promotion of industrial structure has a positive role in promoting. Finally, based on this conclusion, the paper puts forward corresponding policy recommendations.

绪论

研究背景

近三十年来，中国的经济发展取得了很大的成果，现已跻身世界第二大经济体。产业结构与经济增长的关系一直是学术界的一个重要课题。而产业结构的变迁又离不开各种因素的推动，其中，金融服务业的集聚是不可忽视的重要角色。例如，孙晶，李涵硕（2012）^[1]指出，一定的外部环境和客观条件能够促进产业结构的变化和升级，特别是金融需求和金融结构。

依靠经济全球化的发展、金融体系的迅速拓展和金融工具的不断创新，金融已经逐渐成为现代经济高速发展的核心元素之一。特别是随着金融产业的集聚，已经在世界各地形成了各大金融中心，如早期的阿姆斯特丹、伦敦、纽约，到近现代的香港、新加坡、东京等地。随着中国经济的腾飞，区域性金融服务业的集聚对区域性经济增长的贡献也逐渐显露，不少地区提出建设金融中心的目标。国内城市中，上海和北京早已发展成为金融集聚程度较高的城市。
