随着经济全球化的不断加深，企业面临的竞争越来越激烈，如何把握企业发展的潮流，在竞争中保有一席之地而不被淘汰是每个企业都需要思考的重大课题。创新是一个国家、一个民族发展的不竭动力，更是一个企业强大自身的力量来源。在知识经济当道的今天，创新已经成为企业不可或缺的知识能力，依靠创新推动企业的生产率的进步已成为现代企业的首选途径。研发是企业最主要的创新来源，与生产率有着紧密联系；而信息通信技术作为一项新兴技术，其对企业生产率的影响也越来越被学者关注。因此，有学者研究研发和ICT对企业生产率究竟会有怎样的影响。但以往的研究大多只单单研究研发或ICT投入对企业生产率的影响作用而未能结合两者分析。

本文采用理论与实证相结合的方法，利用我国265家制造企业2012年的截面数据，实证分析了企业研发投资、ICT投资与企业生产率之间的相互关系，同时加入了企业员工素质比例、企业行政流程创新程度作为调节变量，研究变量之间的相互关系。

结果表明，企业研发投资的增加可以大大地促进企业生产率的提高；企业ICT投资的增加对企业生产率的提高也有促进作用。企业员工素质比例对研发投入和企业生产率、企业ICT投入和生产率之间存在调节作用，而企业组织变革对研发投入和企业生产率之间不存在调节作用，对ICT投入和生产率之间存在显著的调节作用。

Abstract

An Emprical Study on the Impact of Ramp;D and ICT Investment

On Productivity of Firms

With the continuous deepening of economic globalization, enterprises are facing increasingly fierce competition. How to grasp the trend of enterprise development, maintain a place in the competition and will not be eliminated is the major task that every enterprise need to think about. Innovation is an inexhaustible motive force for the development of a country and a nation, and it is also a source of strength for the enterprise. In the knowledge economy prevails today, innovation has become the indispensable knowledge ability and relying on innovation to promote the development of enterprises has become the way for the enterprises to maintain competitiveness. Ramp;D is the most important source of innovation, and information and communication technology as a new technology, its relationship with the innovation of the enterprise is also achieving more and more attention of scholars. Therefore, the driving factors of the innovation development has become an popular research topic. Therefore, scholars began to research what impacts Ramp;D and ICT will have on enterprise innovation, and what is the relationship between enterprise innovation and productivity. Most of the previous studies only research Ramp;D or ICT itself, there is little to combine the two.

This paper uses a combination of theoretical and empirical method.Based on the cross section data of the 265 manufacturing enterprises in 2012,we study the relationship between R amp; D and ICT investment in enterprise innovation, and also to verify the relationship between the enterprise's innovation and productivity.

Results show that Ramp;D investment has a significant linear correlation with productivity as well as ICT investment.
