摘 要

股权众筹在中国快速崛起，它能打破融资渠道限制，解决了小微企业及初创企业所面临融资难的问题。然而，随着众筹在中国的普及与发展，不利的外部环境和相对滞后内部机制给中国众筹未来发展带来了诸多未知因素。

本文旨在设计一个我国大众参与股权众筹行为的影响因素的实证研究，期望得到与假设成立的结论给股权众筹行业提出指导性建议。本文用理论知识确定UTAUT模型，设计一份关于大众参与股权众筹行为的影响因素的调查问卷，锁定参与天使汇、大家投网站的用户为对象，以发送邮件的形式在网上展开调查。通过回收了64份问卷，利用SPSS统计软件对数据进行描述性统计、相关性分析和回归分析，最后得出筹资人要提升专业能力、平台加强内部建设，出资人提高认识度和参与度的结论。最终结合实证结论与前文的理论分析提出合理的建议：立法需完善、门槛要减低、项目保质创新、大众广泛参与。

2015年是股权众筹面临崭新面貌的一年，我们有理由期待股权众筹这一新兴的互联网金融模式，在制度的完善下，各方的协调后，能更好的起到推动社会创新、整合资源的作用。

abstract

Equity crowdfunding rise rapidly as a new financing in China.It breaks the financing channels limit,,so it effectively solves the problems of the small and micro enterprise and startups facing the financing difficulty.However, with the popularization and development of the crowdfunding in China, the congenital deficiency of the external environment and the lag of internal mechanism has brought many unknown factors to the development of crowdfunding future in China .

The purpose of this paper is to design an empirical research which factors affect public behavior to participate equity crowdfunding.I'm looking forward to get the hypothesis of the conclusion to give them guiding suggestions.Determine the UTAUT model with the theoretical knowledge, this paper designs a questionnaire on the influence factors of public participation in equity crowdfunding.I lock in the website users of Angelcrunch and Dajiatou as objects,then I carry an investigation in the form of email on the Internet.By recycling the 64 questionnaires, I use the data with statistics software SPSS for descriptive statistics, correlation analysis and regression analysis.At last I came to the conclusions that funders need to improve professional ability,platforms shuld strengthen the internal construction,and investors had better raise awareness and participation.I finally combine empirical conclusions with the above theoretical analysis to put forward reasonable suggestions: legislation needs to improve, the threshold to reduce, ensure project quality and innovation,and promote public broad participation.

2015 is a year equity crowdfunding faces all the new features, so we have reason to look forward to this emerging Internet financial model, under the system of perfect and the coordination of all parties concerned, to play the role of promoting social innovation and resource integration better.

第一章 绪论

1.1研究背景

2015年政府工作报告指出，在中国经济发展稳中有进的同时，要注意到，中小企业融资难、融资成本高问题突出。股权众筹既可以通过募集社会资本来拓宽小微企业的融资渠道，还可以助力广大群众创业，形成万众创新的局面。众筹这一个舶来品，在近几年来发展十分迅猛。这场被称为“平民的狂欢”能否改变创投行业的现有格局，能否打破民间资本的流通渠道，正吸引着大众的持续关注。

1.2研究意义

正如我们所知，新项目需要的资源实现成功,其中最关键的是融资。近年来,众筹已成为一种为创业企业筹得资金无需寻找风险资本或其他传统的风险投资来源的新颖方式。众筹表现出互联网金融的包容性，也丰富了公众的投资渠道。目前，我国股权众筹融资发展仍然相对滞后，实际融资规模与计划融资规模还有差距，风险难题不容小视，这与立法和监管的缺失息息相关。

一次次法律的修订代表着我们在立法上的进步，除了外部环境的改善，股权众筹行业本身内部建设也需要改善。比如股权众筹项目的质量，融资水平，预期收益，后期跟进，合理运用社交网络等等，这些都是亟待解决的问题。何为股权众筹项目成功的驱动动力，什么因素影响大众参与股权众筹行为也是本文将要展开分析的方向。

1.3研究方法

在本文中,我试图探索股权众筹的定义,并阐明股权众筹的运作模式。在实证部分，我将设计一个实证研究，名为“我国大众参与股权众筹行为的影响因素”。在这之后,本文将提出一些建议，揭示有关部门如何协调融资与群众参与的关系，使众筹项目产生新的产品和更好的服务。

第二章 文献综述

目前，国内外对众筹实践较多，由于众筹不断发展，国外学者对众筹的理论研究是一个热点，同时对大众参与众筹行为也进行了一定的探索研究，以及一个成功的众筹项目是由什么影响和决定的。然而国外学者关于直接探讨股权类众筹的发展情况的研究较少。相比国外，国内学者对于股权众筹的发展状况研究相关文献却很多。不过，国内对众筹的研究大多围绕描述分析，概念发展等方面，缺乏实证研究。国内研究的角度大多是从众筹融资的模式，合法性研究以及风险防范等出发。因此本文的实证研究将会是一个创新点，可以丰富在这个领域研究的内容。

2.1国内对于该选题的研究

国内学者对股权众筹的研究重点是从与美国对比的角度，引申出本土化发展，对我国股权众筹发展进行分析评述。
