摘 要

学生社团形式多种多样，如学术问题、社会问题的讨论研究会，文学艺术、体育、音乐、美术等方面组成的活动小组，有学生会、青年志愿者协会、文学社等等。高校社团管理系统主要是为了给校领导、教师及学生提供社团的各方面信息，系统开发主要包括后台数据库的建立和维护以及前端应用程序的开发两个方面。本系统主要完成对用户权限、会员管理、用户留言、资料查询及打印五个方面。系统可以完成对各类信息的浏览、查询、添加、修改、删除等功能。由于系统数据的组成对存储安全性要求较高，因此系统的开发工具选择了

　　随着信息技术在管理上越来越深入而广泛的应用，管理信息系统（MIS）的实施在技术上已逐步成熟。MIS是一个不断发展的新型学科，任何一个单位要生存要发展，要高效率地把内部活动有机地组织起来，就必须建立与自身特点相适应的MIS。 

目前，我校的学生社团越来越多，如何让大家充分了解校园社团，从繁杂的社团中找到自己所要的信息，既要提高社团的科学管理水平，又要减轻校领导的工作，使学生社团的建设更加规范、有序。在学生社团的建设和管理中应用MIS技术可以高速，快捷地完成以上工作。

　　学生社团管理系统虽小,但对学生社团的管理是必不可少的。每个社团都要明确社团宗旨，规范社团章程、管理制度，加强社团的凝聚力。社团活动要健康、向上，要能体现当代学生的时代风貌。学生需要什么样的活动，如何让学生体现自己的特长，怎样让学生锻炼自己的能力，这是任何一个社团都必须考虑的问题。而社团活动要提高个人素质和合作能力，敢于寻求社团新的管理方法；社团之间要加强合作。
