基于Springboot的在线售药系统的设计与实现

摘 要

去年我国遭受新冠疫情的打击，从中国共产党到普通人民群众都表现出了担当，大家齐心协力共抗疫情，展现大国风采。在这次疫情的冲击下，许多传统产业开始转型，寻求新的发展方向，我国的医疗卫生系统也同样收到影响。随着国家对新冠疫情的重视和资源的投入，国内疫情基本结束，得到稳定控制，国家开始将医疗产业作为投入重点，补足短板就是当前医疗系统的第一要务。我国医疗资源并不富裕，随着现代信息化在各领域的发展，人们迫切想要提高医疗资源的效率和利用率，医疗信息化在实际发展和应用中需要不断的提高、完善和进步。

医药是民生的基本保障之一，人民生活水平大幅度提高的同时，各种疾病致使药品需求量提升，采用过去传统的药品管理与销售方式不仅浪费人力，损失效率，更容易出现错误。此时需要采取一种新型药品管理销售方式，设计基于C/S模式，采用易于维护的文件来存储信息，有效防止药品过期、流失和浪费，减少药品库、结账等人工工作量，提高效率，同时为大众提供更加灵活的购药方式。

Design and implementation of online drug selling system based on Spring Boot

Abstract

Last year, when China was hit by COVID-19, everyone from the Communist Party of China (CPC) to the general public showed a sense of responsibility. We worked together to fight the COVID-19 and demonstrated the grace of a great country. Under the impact of this epidemic, many traditional industries have begun to transform and seek new development directions, and China"s medical and health system has also been affected. With the national attention to COVID-19 and the investment of resources, the epidemic in China has basically ended and been controlled steadily. The state has begun to focus on the medical industry, and the priority of the current medical system is to make up for the shortcomings. China"s medical resources are not rich, with the development of modern information in various fields, people urgently want to improve the efficiency and utilization of medical resources, medical information in the actual development and application need to continue to improve, improve and progress.

Medicine is one of the basic guarantees of people"s livelihood. While people"s living standards have been greatly improved, the demand for drugs has been increased due to various diseases. The traditional way of drug management and sales in the past not only wastes manpower, loses efficiency, and is more prone to mistakes. At this point, it is necessary to adopt a new way of drug management and sales. The design is based on C/S mode, and easy to maintain files are used to store information, so as to effectively prevent drug expiration, loss and waste, reduce manual workload such as drug warehouse and checkout, improve efficiency, and provide a more flexible way of drug purchase for the public.

1. 引言

1.1 背景

在当今这个计算机产业蓬勃发展的信息化社会，将信息化带来的便捷带给各个传统产业，帮助传统产业转型升级是新时代的目标。我国人口众多，医疗资源十分紧张，在次新冠疫情的冲击下，患者繁多而医院人手不足的情况时有发生。虽然不少医院已经设立自助挂号机器、自助发票打印机和自助报告打印机，但如今患者的需求越来越多，凭借这些亦远远不够，医院需要承担的工作量越来越繁重，尤其是售药环节，它是极其重要却又是繁琐且容易出错的环节。传统的人工售药在消耗人力的基础下并不能完全满足患者的需求，已经不能适应信息化社会发展的需要。
