基于web的资产管理系统设计与实现

摘 要

随着电子计算机和网络技术的迅猛发展,现代社会随之步入了信息社会。电子计算机技术和固定资产信息处理的结合,使固定资产信息系统发生了革命性的变化,不仅带给了固定资产信息系统操作工具上的变革,还带来了固定资产管理体制和制度上的革新。

固定资产关系着企业的命运,企业不能忽视其重要性。实践证明:资产的混乱会使企业陷入混乱之中,很多企业不注重资产管理,他们也因此付出了一定的代价。目前我国很多企业在资产管理上或多或少地存在一些问题:不能正确的认识资产的重要性;不知道资产的来龙去脉;大量的资产被浪费或者被闲置;没人去监督这些资产的去向;资产无缘无故失踪;资产被他人挪用。因此,当前很多企业在资产管理的道路上还任重道远。

在科学技术发达的今天,仍然有很多企业存在资产上的管理混乱,甚至连管理层都无法厘清资金的去向,这就造成了企业运行成本的上升和风险的不可控。高科技化的资产管理方案势在必行。

Abstract

With the rapid development of computer and network technology, modern society into the information society. Because the development of the enterprise can"t depart from the support of assets, and assets management, master the lifeblood of the enterprise. Generally have a large amount of assets to enterprise management, the assets must be managed effectively. Enterprises should use good asset management system to allocate assets, makes the accounting and management of the assets in order. This, obviously some excellent foreign enterprise is worth our using for reference.

Fixed assets is a relationship between the assets of the enterprise destiny, not simply on the surface of the article. Practice has proved: the confusion of assets can make the enterprise in confusion, many enterprises don"t pay attention to asset management, they also comes at a cost. Now we have many companies in asset management more or less has some problems: can not correctly recognize the importance of asset; I don"t know the cause and effect of assets; A large amount of assets is wasted or idle; No one to monitor these assets to; Asset missing for no reason; Misappropriation of assets by others. Therefore, the current many enterprises on the way of asset management tasks.

The current many enterprises still exist management chaos, even unable to clarify the capital management of the whereabouts of the phenomenon, this can make the enterprise operating costs increase and risk control. High-tech asset management plan is imperative, not only will not increase the burden of the enterprise, it makes enterprises run over the smooth highway.

第一章 引言

目前,高速发展的信息技术已经把计算机推到了时代的前列,而固定资产管理系统也伴随着企业的蓬勃发展变得越来越重要。在当下社会,计算机科学技术的发展已经无往不利,成为新一轮的科技浪潮。不得不说,如今的计算机触及到了社会和生活的各个领域,被各个国家应用于农业生产、科研领域或者医学治疗。一个国家现代化发展水平的重要标志就是其计算机科学技术水平的高低。计算机发展日新月异,且其发展模式和方向也日渐成熟,它强大的功能时刻影响着社会以及生活的进度,它在人类社会的各个领域扮演着越来越重要的角色。计算机可以处理亿万级别的数据,就算是大量的工作也能在短时间内完成,这无疑提高了工作的效率和企业的利润。此外,计算机的稳定可靠性使得它可以存储可靠的大量的信息资料,为企业的资产或者物料的核算提供精准的计算。

1.1开发背景

企业的快速发展,让传统的旧式的资产管理方式变得效率低下,这已然不能满足企业的发展。事实证明,越来越高的效率总是伴随着更高的效益,这在资产管理上也不例外。现在有很多企业已经把固定资产管理写入了公司的规章制度中,这体现了他们对这种管理方式的自信和满意。

固定资产的重要性无需人们再去赘述,许多国家都已经将计算机融入到自己的企业血脉里。通过固定资产的集中以及综合管理,可以提高资产的运行效率,也可以使固定资产更加的透明化,做到有的放矢。
