书店书务管理系统设计与实现

摘 要

随着我们国家经济的日益发展，我国有很多书店正在以惊人的速度发展。这些正在发展中的中小书店有许多特点：地区分布广泛，行业分布很分散，发展迅猛等。网络及电子商务的快速发展给了许多中小型书店更有力的发展契机，与此同时也加剧了行业竞争，也会让难以适应的书店面临淘汰。于是，就要求中小书店必须适应市场的需求，及时做出应变，改变原先的陈旧模式，提高整体运营效率，建立一个好的实体书店管理系统会让书店更好的使用电脑管理整个进出货的流程。

本文针对小型实体书店的管理需求，利用VS2010平台和C#语言开发实现了书店书务管理系统，实现图书的管理（进出货），库存管理（期初期末余额），销售管理，人事信息的管理（管理人员），系统管理等一系列功能模块。以达到一下效果：其一，减少书店管理人员的负担，提高工作效率。其二，减少在图书入库，销售统计环节以往以人工方式的繁琐、和发杂，便于库存进货等决策。

The Design and Implementation of Bookstore Book Management System

Abstract

With the increasing development of our country"s economy, a lot of Chinese bookstore is developing at an amazing speed. These are in the development of small and medium-sized bookstore has many characteristics: regional distribution, industry distribution is dispersed, the rapid development. The rapid development of the Internet and e-commerce to the many small bookstores more opportunity for development. At the same time intensified competition in the industry, also will make difficult to adapt to the bookstore face elimination. So, small and medium-sized Bookstore must adapt to market demand, timely response, change the original old patterns, improve overall operational efficiency, establish a good entity bookstore management system will make Bookstore better use computer management the import goods process.

The management according to the requirements of small entities bookstore, using VS2010 platform and C# language development to achieve the bookstore book management system, library management (import and export), inventory management (initial final balance), report management, basic data management (Management), system configuration management, system management and a series of function module. In order to achieve the effect: first, reduce the bookstore management burden, improve work efficiency. Second, the decrease in book sales statistics, links in the past by manual mode and tedious, complicated, easy to stock purchase decision.
