摘 要

随着计算机技术的发展，数据量变得越来越大，现在的我们已经处于信息时代，数据信息的管理由人工进行已经变得不切实际。因此各式各样的办公系统也层出不穷，针对不同的需求进行开发，急剧的提高了协同办公水平和工作效率。

目前，办公管理系统已经发展到了一个较好的水平，但是对于计算机学院某实验室来说，目前还没有一个有效的管理系统，由于市面上的各式管理系统并不能完全地符合需求，因此实验室的各项设备一直没得到很好的管理。针对计算机学院某实验室系统管理的实际情况进行了详细的调研和分析，了解了实验室的现状和需求，基于VBA技术定制开发了一款办公管理系统，本系统包括管理员登陆、设备信息录入、设备信息管理、人员管理、设备维修、设备报废、历史查询等功能，实现了对实验室设备的整个生命周期的变化进行管理，使设备所有状态的变更都有据可循。系统投入使用后，设备和人员的管理变得规范化和系统化，切实解决了实验室设备管理无序散乱的问题，很好的满足了实验室办公管理的需求。

the Design and Development of Office Management System

Based on VBA

Abstract

With the development of computer technology, the amount of data becomes larger and larger, and now we are in information times, it is impractical for people to handle the management of data information. Therefore, all kinds of office system appeared. The development for different requirement improves collaborative office level and work efficiency rapidly.

So far, office management system has already developed in a high level, however, there is no effective management system for the laboratory of college of computer science and technology at present. Thus the devices in the laboratory are in a bad management for the management systems in the market are not suitable for the requirement. After detailed investigating and analyzing in the laboratory to the practical situation, I have known the current situation and requirement of the laboratory and develop the office management system based on VBA techinique. The system includes the functions of admin login, the input of device information, the management of device information, the management of members in the system, device maintenance, device discard, history search and so on. The system implements the management of device life cycle, making the changes of device state are traced. After putting into using, the management of devices and people became standardized and systematized. In addition, the system solved the problem of disorder and scattered management of the devices and well met the needs of the laboratory office management.

第一章 绪论

1.1 研究背景和意义

随着计算机技术的快速发展，计算机技术的应用也得到了不断的深化拓展，在这样一个数据以指数型增长的大数据时代，传统的人工管理已经变得力不从心，在这样的情况下管理信息系统应运而生。它的出现，加速了传统人工管理为主的管理模式到管理自动化、电子化的步伐，这也大大提高了企业、教育机构、政府等机构的工作效率。

对于计算机学院实验室，一直以来，没有一个良好的系统对实验室的资产和人员进行一个有效的管理，这直接导致了实验室设备管理的纷乱，从实验室设备的购入到设备借出回收，设备维修，报废等都没有相应的管理，导致设备信息丢失，管理无力。设备的生命周期内的状态也无从查起。这也直接凸显除了传统人工管理的弊端，一个友好的针对性的管理系统亟待出现以解决上述问题。鉴于此，利用VBA技术，针对性开发一个办公管理系统，使得设备管理变得规范化、系统化、程序化，避免设备管理的随意性和无序性，使得设备的整个生命周期得到管理，提高实验室设备管理的工作效率，实现高效统一管理。

1.2 国内外研究现状

为了解决办公业务量的增大，有些发达国家在上世纪七十年代就开始了办公管理系统的相关研究，随着计算机技术的不断进步，办公管理系统的发展也趋于成熟。目前比比较成熟的办公管理系统是IBM公司的lotus notes，功能强大，实现了办公自动化，而其后很多办公管理系统也是基于lotus notes的。我国对办公管理系统的研究起步相对较晚，但随着信息产业在我国的迅猛发展，我国的办公管理系统也得到了飞速的发展，取得了巨大的进步。
