摘 要

本文介绍了云平台开发的基于智能化表单的企业采购管理系统设计与实现的过程。在工程项目领域，由于管理业务流程对于效率的要求日渐提高，所以对于信息化的要求也越来越高，除了传统的c/s架构的信息管理系统外，b/s架构的信息管理系统由于相对方便快捷，适用于快速办公和轻便化办公模式。对于采购管理系统的设计，要充分考虑到采购的各个业务流程之间的关系，尤其是各个数据之间的关系。设计一个性能良好，易于维护的采购管理系统，对于企业的业务发展有很大的帮助。文中讲到了利用方正云平台开发一个采购管理系统的过程，基于b/s架构，利用基本增删改查功能和其他基本控件的封装进行快速开发。最终实现一个能够完成普通采购业务的管理系统。该系统通过是基于网页形式，通过浏览器登录系统完成业务操作。相对于客户端模式的系统，这样的b/s架构对于使用者更加方便快捷，不需要安装客户端。对于开发者，能够减轻移动端开发的负担。

Design and implementation of enterprise purchasing management system based on intelligent form

Abstract

This paper introduces the design and implementation process of enterprise purchasing management system based on intelligent form of cloud platform. In the field of engineering project, due to business process management for efficiency requirements are increasing, so the information requirements are increasingly high, in addition to the traditional CS framework of information management system, BS architecture information management system due to the relatively convenient for in fast office and portable office mode. For the design of purchasing management system, it should take full account of the relationship between the various business processes of the procurement, especially the relationship between the various data. Design a good performance, easy to maintain the procurement management system, for the business development of enterprises have a great help. This paper talked about using Founder cloud platform for the development of a procurement management system, based on BS architecture, utilizing basic additions and deletions to change search function and other basic control package for rapid development. Finally, a management system that can complete the general procurement business is realized. The system is based on web form, through the browser login system to complete the business operation. Compared to the client mode system, such a BS architecture for users more convenient and fast, do not need to install the client. For developers, to reduce the burden on the development of mobile terminal.

随着计算机互联网技术的发展，信息化对于整个社会发展的影响越来越大。

信息技术的发展成果已经广泛应用在企业各个部门的生产和经营等一系列的程序和活动之中。现代许多企业都意识到这一点，已经开始由管理部门的功能化、专业化模式以及生产模式集约化向现代化管理方式进行转化。企业必须不断的优化自己的管理运营方式，需要不断将传统管理观念向现代管理观念转变，从而适应这种剧烈的变化。
