摘 要

当今社会是互联网时代，大家对计算机的需求与日俱增。计算机对我们生活的影响在日益增加。在这种形势下，计算机的使用比人力要更加方便、快捷。船舶进出港管理系统是用户在网上进行申请进出港预约，然后后台管理员进行审核的平台。船舶进出港管理系统是一种用来进行轮船进出港预约的专业网站，提供访问和被访问的服务并且快速进行审核，以达到快速便捷预约的目的。所以，利用现有流行的技术来开发船舶进出港系统是很有必要的。

本系统基于B/S结构，采用软件工程过程规范，遵循需求分析、系统设计、程序编码、测试等过程。系统采用自顶向下的开发方式，分为几个相对独立的模块，主要功能有：管理员，用户登录界面。用户进行查看轮船信息和预约操作，管理员进行查看和审核。

The design and implementation of ship in-and-out Port Management System based on j2ee

Abstract

Today's society is the Internet era, the demand for computers is increasing day by day. The influence of computer on our life is increasing day by day, and the scale of people's use of computer is also constantly expanding. In this situation, The use of computer is more convenient and fast than that of manpower. The ship in and out management system is an online system for users to apply for an in and out appointment,and then the back-office administrator to audit the platform.Ship in and out management system is a professional website used to book.It provides the service of visiting and being visited and review them quickly to make quick and easy appointments.Therefore, it is very necessary to develop the ship in-and-out Port Management System by using the current popular technology.

This system is based on B/S structure, using software engineering process specification, following the requirements analysis, system design, program coding, testing and other processes. The system is developed from top to bottom. The system is divided into several relatively independent modules. The main functions are as follows: administrator, user login screen,the user carries on the view ship information and the appointment operation,to the administrator for viewing and auditing.

第一章 绪论

1.1研究背景及意义

当今网络技术日益发达，船舶进出港管理系统是针对目前船舶进出港管理的实际需求，从实际生活出发，对过去的人工船舶进出港管理操作进行分析，结合互联网化信息化的设计思路进行改造。近几年来，随着航运业务的迅猛发展，进出港口的船舶数量和类型正在快速增长，我们港口的航道、码头也在加紧建设，以适应现代航运的需求，然而仍会出现进出港航道拥挤的情况。

系统的开发意义就是将原本纸面化人工化的船舶进出港管理模式进行互联网化数字化的改造，使港口的分配与预约可以在线上执行，大大减少了分配过程中的人工操作，节省一定的成本和提高管理效率，它提供了更好的人机交互界面，更加智能化地为船舶和港口提供便捷的服务。
