摘 要
伴随着科技飞速发展，我们的电脑得到普及，开始使用网络的人越来越多；同样我们对数据库的认知和研究突飞猛进，我们的生活也越来越智能化、信息化。企业对员工的管理更是如此。
旧时代的人工管理已经变得不切实际，因为人数的增加、模式的多变、规章的制定等，我们都需要一套完善的企业管理系统来实现，这样我们不光可以保证员工信息的准确和完整，也易于我们平时的查询和修改，最重要的是有这样的系统对每个员工都是公平公正的，薪资待遇都能得到保障。大大减少了传统管理工作中工作人员的工作量和出错可能。
本系统分为多个模块来实现对员工的基本信息管理。站在公司角度，从最基本的员工查询修改个人信息，到员工上班打卡、上传日志文件等，来实现公司的考勤管理。再从员工角度出发，员工可以上传请假、报销等信息、从而获得请假、报销、查询工资等员工福利。

Abstract
With the rapid development of science and technology, our computers have been popularized, and more and more people have begun to use the network; similarly, our cognition and Research on databases have made rapid progress, especially in the management of employees. In the old era, the manual management has become impractical. Because of the increase of the number of people, the change of the mode, the formulation of the rules, etc., we all need a set of perfect enterprise management system to achieve, so that we can not only ensure the accuracy and integrity of employee information, but also facilitate our regular query and modification. The most important thing is that such a system is fair and just for every employee , salary and treatment can be guaranteed. It greatly reduces the workload and error possibility of the staff in the traditional management work.
The system is divided into several modules to achieve the basic information management of employees. From the perspective of the company, from the most basic employee query and modification of personal information, to employees clock in, upload log files, etc., to achieve the company's attendance management. From the perspective of employees, employees can upload leave, reimbursement and other information to obtain leave, reimbursement, salary and other employee benefits.
