街舞工作室自助管理系统

摘 要

自从改革开放以来，我国经济飞速发展，我国国民的生活水平日益增长，国民对物质方面的要求也越来越高，人民对生活的要求从温饱变成了生活小康且更加追求生活的质量。因此，近10年来，能够强身健体丰富日常生活的街舞在中国逐渐流行了起来。越来越多的专业舞者练成，从5岁到50岁左右的人们开始愿意选择学习街舞来增加日常生活的乐趣，使生活不再枯燥，使得街舞越来越炽手可热，街舞工作室也就慢慢地增多了。然而，街舞工作室由于要接收的人数过多且许多学员不愿意仅仅待在一家街舞工作室学习舞蹈为了接受更多的舞蹈教育，学习更多的舞蹈风格风格，他们选择在每个街舞工作室都进行充值报名，哪里有喜欢的课程就去哪里上课。街舞工作室学员数量急速增长，工作室工作人员手动进行管理会员的操作越来越难以进行，工作越来越复杂，容易出错，即街舞工作室出现了管理出现经常性差错、运营卡顿、工作人员任务繁重等等问题。因此需要建立一个街舞工作室自助管理系统，技术要跟上时代的变化。街舞工作室管理系统的功能是协助工作室工作人员的日常工作，同时能为会员提供更多更好更周到的服务，使得会员更热爱这个街舞工作室、更愿意在该街舞工作室长期待下去，从而街舞工作室能够赚取更多的利益，推动国家经济与社会的发展。

Abstract

Since the reform and opening up, China"s economy has been developing rapidly, the living standard of our people is growing day by day, the people"s material requirements are also higher and higher, people"s requirements for life from food and clothing into a well-off life and more pursuit of the quality of life. As a result, hip-hop, which can strengthen the body and enrich daily life, has become increasingly popular in China over the past decade. More and more professional dancers, from the age of 5 to about 50 years old people are willing to choose to learn hip-hop to increase the fun of daily life, so that life is no longer boring, make hip-hop more and more hot hands, hip-hop studios also slowly increased. However, due to the large number of people to receive in hip-hop studios and the fact that many students are not willing to learn dance only in one hip-hop studio, in order to receive more dance education and learn more dance styles, they choose to recharge their money and sign up in each hip-hop studio and take classes wherever they like. The rapid growth of the number of trainees in the hip-hop dance studio, the operation of manual management of members of the studio staff is more and more difficult to carry out, the work is more and more complex, error-prone, that is, the hip-hop dance studio appeared frequent errors in management, operation lag, heavy staff tasks and so on. 自从改革开放以来，我国的发展越来越迅速，我国经济飞快发展，国民的生活水平日益增长，人民对生活的要求从吃饱饭取得小康变成了追求生活的质量。因此，近10年来，能够强身健体丰富生活的街舞在中国流行了起来。越来越多的专业舞者练成，从5岁到50岁左右的人们选择学习街舞来增加日常生活的乐趣，因此街舞工作室也就慢慢地增多了。然而，就算街舞工作室再多，一个工作室管理起来人也很困难。街舞工作室要接收的人数过多且许多学员不愿意仅仅待在一家工作室学习舞蹈为了接收更多的舞蹈风格而每个工作室都报了班，导致每个工作室的会员量多大，会员人数过多导致记录信息容易出差错。人手动管理自然是跟不上时代的改变，街舞工作室出现了管理出现经常性差错、运营卡顿、工作人员任务繁重等等问题，因此需要建立一个街舞工作室自助管理系统来协助工作人员的日常工作，同时能为会员提供更多的服务，使得会员更热爱这个工作室，工作室赚取更多的利益，推动经济的发展。

1.1.2意义：

街舞工作室自助管理系统可以解决从前街舞工作室出现的课程信息不对应、实时信息记录不及时导致的工作室运营卡顿、工作人员工作量过于繁杂、会员没有感觉到好的服务意见大不愿再来等等问题，建立了街舞工作室管理系统可以协助街舞工作室工作人员的日常工作，减轻他们的职业压力；同时还可以为会员提供更周到更细致的服务，让会员觉得在此工作室办卡值得并愿意继续续卡，从而工作室能够赚取更多的利益，从而助力中国的经济发展。

1.2 相关研究现状

本次论文主要描述一个街舞工作室管理系统的建立过程，现在有很多教育类工作室的系统主要采用了结构化分析方法进行分析，使用工具实现整个工作室管理系统的运行。本文参照现在工作室系统的设计分析方法进行设计实现，并增加了新的功能。
