摘 要

当今时代已经步入全球信息化、科技化迅速发展的时期。人类生活工作中处处都已经脱离不了网络。网络使人们的生活更加便捷、丰富多彩。人人们逐步适应和习惯于在线买卖，在线购物，在线支付等活动，许多人类社会活动正在从网络上展开。

招聘和求职是以信息的交互和传播为基础的活动。自上世纪末，我国取消了大学生的安排就业，高校降低录取门槛也成为一种趋势，解决大学生找工作问题迫在眉睫。在这种背景下，原始的手工操作模式显然不再适合当下要求。特别是在大学校园里，很多学生面临就业问题，校园实习就业网站的建设一定会的得到招聘单位和学生的大力支持。

因此本人结合大学生就业管理系统的要求，对Mysql数据库管理系统、JAVA编程语言、常用数据库框架、MVC模式等进行了学习和研究，主要完成对大学生就业管理网站的可行性研究、需求分析、模块划分、数据库设计。本文则介绍了建设大学生就业管理网站的完整过程。其中将根据项目需求详细介绍本系统如何实现用户注册、企业发布招聘信息、学生查看招聘信息等功能。在本文中，基于Web技术大学生就业的管理系统开展分析，旨在通过信息技术推动信息化管理，高效发展，为就业决策提供重要参考。

第一章 引言

信息化科技飞速进步，信息网络在不知不觉间已经给我们的生活带来了天翻地覆的变化。当下社会瞬息万变，如此快速的发展正是依赖于网络。网络带给我们的不仅仅是快速的通信交互，还有大量的信息来源。

在任何行业，人才都是行业的基础，是行业发展的源泉和动力。大学生作为国家重点培养的群体，有着最前沿的思想和知识，是人才的代名词。如何招聘到具有才能且适合岗位的人才是企业招聘过程中最关心的问题。而作为毫无工作经验，即将踏足社会的大学生来说，也迫切需要找到一份满意的工作，发挥自己的才能。近年来，毕业生逐年增加，经济的快速发展也提供的大量工作岗位，企业与人才的交互成为一个难题。每年学校和政府为了解决这个问题，举行大量的招聘会，但还远远不能满足现实的需求。招聘会不仅需要投入巨额的资金，还需大量的人力物力，持续时间只有寥寥几天，其中由于条件限制所提供的岗位数量和岗位类型也不能满足大学生的需求。我国目前现状是大部分大学分布在东部沿海地区，中西部企业通过招聘会招聘人才具有很大困难。招聘会已经满足不了当前的信息时代，急需一个工具为企业与人才牵线搭桥，为企业招聘人才和大学生找到满意工作提供更方便快捷的途径，弥补招聘会的不足，适应时代的发展。
