摘 要
随着计算机科学不断发展,越来越多的计算机信息技术与我们生活息息相关,其强大的功能已经深入人心,而对于酒店一个简捷便利的酒店点菜系统也成为了不可缺少的部分。它所具有的功能不仅为用户提供方便的服务,充足的信息,和快捷的查询,点菜手段,而且与传统的人工管理相比,它对大量文件和数据处理能力具有更准确,保密性强的特点,更使它成为现如今科技潮流中不可缺少的部分。
本论文就毕业设计的内容实现在线饭店点菜系统的功能实现,从安全性和易维护性上选择了java中ssm框架,运用了Web前端的jsp开发工具实现技术,具有用户界面层/事物层/数据库层,三层体系结构。用户机上不需要安装任何程序,应用程序可以安装在服务器的计算机上,题目放在数据库库服务器上(可以同一台机器)。本系统采用成B/S模式用户通过游览器直接访问服务器上菜谱以及对系统的远程维护,实现用户登录,在线点菜,了解菜谱信息,价格结算等功能。具有有操作方便,响应快捷等优点。从而做到了简化点菜过程,快速多功能结算,改变了以往的排队时间长,场面混乱的现象。同时酒店点菜系统的实施也大大降低了员工的工作强度和时间,加快了营业结算速度,从而提高酒店的业绩,简单而实用的点菜系统,不管针对于减少劳动力还是数据处理能力,都很实用体现社会发展需求。

Abstract
With the development of computer science, computer information technology is closely linked with our life more and more, its formidable function has been deeply rooted in the hearts of the people, and for a simple convenient hotel order system has become the indispensable part. It has the function of not only provide users with convenient services, adequate information, and fast query, order method, and compared with the traditional manual management, to a large number of documents and data processing capacity is more accurate, the characteristics of strong confidentiality, more make it become an integral part of the trend of science and technology now.
In this paper the content of graduation design is to realize the realization of the function of the online restaurant order system, choose the Java from the security and maintainability of SSM framework, using the JSP Web front-end development tool technology, with a user interface layer/things/database layer, three layer architecture. Users don"t need to install any application on board, the application can be installed on the server computer, topic on the database server (which can be the same machine). This system adopts a B/S mode users through a browser to access the server directly on the menu and the remote maintenance system, realize the user login, online order, understand the recipe information, price and settlement, and other functions. Have easy operation, fast response, etc. Thus did order to simplify the process of rapid multi-function settlement, changed the queue times long past, scenes of chaos phenomenon. At the same time, the implementation of hotel order system, greatly reduces the employee"s work intensity, time and speed up the business settlement speed, so as to improve the performance of the hotel, simple and practical order system, whether to reduce labor or data processing ability, are practical to reflect social development needs.
