摘 要

随着移动互联网的发展，智能手机的普及，二十一世纪成了一个网络化、信息化的社会。商业也正逐步进军网络这个热门领域。酒店业一直就是商业领域中的热门行业，同时伴随着激烈的竞争。传统的酒店管理经营多由人工操作，过程较为复杂、繁琐，其效率也已无法满足当今社会网络化、信息化的需求，因此，人们需要一种更为简单、方便的网上酒店预订管理服务。

针对现有酒店面临的有关酒店预订、酒店管理以及酒店经营模式等一系列问题，本文设计开发了基于安卓平台的酒店预订管理系统。本系统采用MVC（（Model View Controller）设计模式，分为后台的酒店管理web服务器和安卓智能手机客户端两大模块。服务器端使用目前流行的web应用程序开源框架框：J2EE框架。后台查询数据库使用MySQL。前后端交互使用了JSON技术，web端服务器使用了JSP，安卓智能手机客户端使用java语言进行开发。

酒店的管理人员可以通过后台的web服务端，发布资讯，管理会员，管理房间，处理订单，进行入住登记，查看顾客的意见建议。顾客可以通过安卓智能手机的客户端，查询酒店房间信息，预订房间，提出意见、建议。

ABSTRACT

With the rapid development of technology and the popularity of smart phones,Twenty-first century into a networked and information society. Business is also gradually into the hot area. Hotel industry has always been popular industry in the field of business, at the same time, along with intense competition. Yet some hotels in management and operation by artificial, it has been unable to adapt to the current development trend. Traditional hotel management operation mode is no longer suitable for now the high pace of social networking, informationization demand, people need a more simple, convenient, personality of online hotel reservation management services.

This system uses the MVC (Model View Controller) design pattern, divided into the background of hotel management web server and the android smartphone client. The server using the current popular open source web application framework: J2EE framework. Background query database using MySQL. Web server and client interaction using the JSON technology, web server uses the JSP, android smartphone client using Java language.

The hotel managers can through the web server to release information, member of management, room management, process orders, check the customer opinion suggestion. Customers can through the client android smartphone, query the hotel room information, booking room, put forward opinions and Suggestions

1.1研究背景与意义

随着科技的发展，智能手机的普及，二十一世纪成了一个网络化、信息化的社会。商业发展也正逐步进军网络这个热门领域。自从2008年谷歌公司推出了安卓这一开源的智能手机操作系统，到如今搭载安卓操作系统的手机已经走入了千家万户。智能手机的用户可以随时在手机终端查询互联网所提供的服务，这给智能手机的应用软件以及相关的服务带来广阔的发展前景。

随着移动互联网和智能手机的发展，人们也越来越离不开手机平台的服务。智能手机凭借其便捷性、高效性获得用户的认可，逐渐取代了pc端，成为最主要的上网工具。原先一些网页端、pc端的知名应用都相继推出智能手机客户端平台，以求吸引智能手机这一全新领域的用户，并提高老用户的用户体验。智能手机天生就具有方便快捷的优势，基于安卓平台的酒店管理系统可以方便入住客户的预订、入住、结算等。同时也能方便酒店管理者的管理，使得酒店的管理提升到电子化管理的水平，大幅度的提升酒店管理的效率。
