Abstract: The main component of university operation is students, most of which are students' management. With the advent of the information age, colleges and universities urgently need to develop a student information management system to simplify work. In the process of developing the system, students, teachers and managers need to be investigated to analyze the needs of different users. According to the users' division, the functional use case need of each joiner are analyzed, and the UML use case need analysis model is constructed. The article analyzes the operation process of the functions of multiple users in student management, and constructs a business process analysis model using unified modeling language. We use the core of J2EE and the framework to develop the WEB system. The Struts framework handles business logic and encapsulation servlet, the Hibernate operates the database, and the spring framework handles the coupling of different functional level levels. The introduction of mature development framework technology can improve the maintainability of software systems, improve the coherence of programs and reduce coupling. In order to deal with the data storage requirements during the operation of the system, we also need to design a database model. Use eclipse to complete the application code implementation, develop the user interface of the system, and lastly get the system that satisfies the functional operation needs. The design of system test cases should meet the needs of testing and the stability of operation.

1.绪论

1.1 系统开发背景

高校日常事务的主体是学生.学生管理涉及一些复杂的和特定的业务，具有大量的业务和重复性任务的特点。学生信息管理系统的使用为高校办公信息化提供了条件和技术，大大提高了管理学生的水平和效率。

在高校的日常事务处理过程中，学生、老师和工作人员都需要参加进来。整体素质培训工作与教学工作最大的区别在于，它并非在特定的时间，工作在该地点进行，但贯穿整个学校学习和生活的整个过程。学生管理工作最重要的特点是广泛的业务，大量的业务和高度的可重复性。与我们国家的大学随着规模的不断扩大，高校招生规模和在校学生人数也呈现同步增长的态势。如何在大学里存在相关职位教师规模的大背景下，高校常见问题是保证学生管理工作质量和工作水平。
