摘 要
随着无线通信技术的发展,无线网技术自身特点、合理组网方式和可靠的传输机制,使无线通信技术已成为远程数据采集系统中解决地域广、布局分散等问题的主流技术。目前,远程抄表主要是基于微处理器,通过无线通信技术将采集的数据传给能源中心。对此,本文设计了一种基于GPRS的电力电表远程集抄采集器。
设计了远程集抄采集器的总方案,包括电表计量值接收模块、控制模块、无线传输模块三个部分,电表计量值接收模块采集电表数据传给控制模块分析处理,最后又无传输模块发送给远程终端设备。并完成了硬件的设计,包括RS-485单元、处理器单元、无线传输单元和单元单元,考虑到实际应用中的环境因素,所有器件都按工业级要求选择,便于符合生活实际的需要。还完成了相关软件的编写,主要包括对电表数据的采集流程、对数据的分析处理流程、GPRS发送数据的流程。
最后,通过实验室软硬件测试平台对远程集抄采集器进行了测试,对出现的问题进行研究最后得到了解决。

Design and development of a remote collector for power meter
ABSTRACT
With the development of wireless communications technology. Wireless network technology with its own characteristics, reasonable networking and reliable transport mechanism, enabling wireless communication technology has become a remote data acquisition system to solve the vast territory, scattered layout issues mainstream. Currently, remote meter reading is mainly based on microprocessors, data collected through wireless communication technology is transferred to the energy center. In this regard, we design a Remote collector for power meter sr based on GPRS.
Design of the overall scheme of remote centralized meter reading collector, including metering value receiving module, control module, wireless transmission module, measuring meter value receiving module meter collection data is transmitted to the control module analysis and processing, and finally no transmission module transmits to the remote terminal equipment. And completed the hardware design, including RS-485 unit, processor unit, a wireless transmission unit and unit, taking into account the environmental factors in practical application, all devices are in industrial grade requirements of the choice easy to meet the needs of real life. Also the preparation of the relevant software, including the meter data acquisition process, the data analysis and processing procedures, GPRS sending data process.
Finally, the test platform of the hardware and software testing platform of the remote collector is tested, and the problem of the emergence of the problem is studied.
