钢缆索应力检测中的磁化特性仿真及磁路设计

摘 要

钢缆索是一种常见的承力构件,因其具有柔性大、强度高等特点,已广泛应用于各种桥梁和建筑结构,它的健康状况与人们的安全密切相关。

世界各地桥梁、歌剧院以及体育场等很多用到钢缆索作为主要受力部件,也有很多事故是因为钢缆索的损坏导致的,充分显示了钢缆索在建筑物承力方面的重要作用。钢缆索应力的测量是钢缆索测量的重要指标,对钢缆索应力测量计算出建筑物受力状况,为建筑物安全提供依据。

传统的索力检测方法都有一定的缺点,难以满足现役缆索应力的在线检测要求。本文基于磁弹效应原理研究新型检测缆索应力的方法,采用外装式索力传感器结构,实现了钢缆索应力的在线检测。

论文在国内外测量缆索应力研究的基础上,首先进行了旁路励磁耦合感应式传感器结构的设计、磁路的设计和放电回路的分析,进而通过ANSYS仿真软件对传感器磁路进行物理建模分析及仿真,得出加载励磁数据。ANSYS利用有限元的方法进行物理建模及分析,能直观的体现物体的电磁学性质,在工程应用领域发挥了极大的作用。

in the Detection of Cable stress

Abstract

The steel cable is a common load-carrying component, has been widely applied to some fields such as bridges and huge building structures because of its flexibility and high strength, its health is closely related to the safety of the people.

Steel cable as a type of main stressed member is widely used on bridges, opera houses and stadiums in the world, and many accidents were caused by its damage, so it is very important in load capacity of a structure. Steel cable stress is a significant parameter to analyse the construction and diagnose the health.

The traditional detection methods of the cable force have some shortcomings and they are hard to meet the requirement of cable online monitoring. Based on magneto-elastic effect, a new measurement method of cable force was studied which used the structure of externally mounted sensor to implement the online measurement of cables on active duty.

Based on the existing researches of cable stress at home and abroad. The structure of the externally mounted cable force sensor was designed. The magnetic circuit and electric circuit excited by high voltage were designed and discharge characteristic was analyzed. Then the structure and magnetic circuit of bypass excitation were designed and simulated through ANSYS. ANSYS uses the finite element method for physical modeling and analysis, and simulates the electromagnetic properties of objects, and plays a great role in engineering application.
