The machining process preliminary design of a machine tool factory’s machining workshop and sheet-metal workshop

Abstract: This topic design projects from a practical new machine tool factory. The task of this subject is to complete the mechanical process design of sheet-metal workshop and machining workshop. Through combination of industrial engineering and each discipline knowledge, application of learning theory knowledge to practice, to further consolidate and deepen the already learned the theory of knowledge, in order to improve the comprehensive ability to use knowledge. In the design process in order to complete workshop process design we need to analysis the production tasks of machining workshop and sheet-metal machining. On the basis of related literature at China and abroad, following the principles of economically reasonable technically the workshop process design is completed. In this paper, the sheet-metal workshop and machine workshop process has carried on the brief. According to the parameter of products to select reasonable production equipment. According to the labor and annual working hours to determine the number of equipment required. According to the related standards of industrial architecture determine main parameters of the plant. Reasonable arrangement of equipment is in accordance with the principle of plant layout. Determines the workshop need the number of all kinds of labor personnel. And calculated the annual energy consumption of each workshop. And calculated the annual energy consumption of each workshop, technology investment, and main technical and economic indexes of the workshops. The achievements of design are the layout of each workshop, a schedule of each workshop equipment, a report on each workshop process design.

概 述
1.1研究现状
车间工艺设计也可以称为工厂设施规划与设计(Systematic Planning of Industrial Facilities, SPIF),设施规划与设计作为一门科学,利用科学的方法与手段进行设施规划与设计,是系统工程、人机工程、物流学、计算机信息技术飞速发展的结果[1]。
1)18世纪80年代产业革命后,工厂逐步取代了小手工作坊,管理工程师开始关心制造厂的设计工作。19世纪末到20世纪30年代,以泰勒为首的工程师对工厂、车间、作坊进行了一系列调查和试验,细致地分析、研究了工厂内部生产组织方面的问题,倡导科学管理 [2]。
