服装企业生产效率研究

摘 要

本文以南京H集团服装生产车间为研究对象，针对企业的生产效率进行详细的调研与数据分析，了解车间目前的生产效率情况，并找到影响企业生产效率的因素。根据所学过的专业知识，结合企业实际情况，运用SLP、工作研究等工具对车间进行改善，提高生产效率。通过对车间布局的调整，改善了车间物流，减少了搬运浪费。通过程序分析以及动作分析等工具减少动作浪费，以此来提高车间效率。

Abstract： Along with the development of the market economy, China's clothing industry is in a comprehensive adjustment and industrial upgrading stage.Due to the rapidly rise of human costs, many small and medium clothing enterprise's industry competitiveness is gradually weakened, so it is imperative to improve the enterprise efficiency. The production efficiency of the enterprise is closely related to many kinds of factors, and it is closely related to the production management and organization, the arrangement of the production facilities and the design of system.The production process of the products determine the logistics relationship and the logistics intensity of each job units in the production facilities.The production organization of the product determines the non logistics relationship.Those logistics and non logistics relationship will affect the reasonable layout of the production facilities and the production efficiency.

This paper takes the clothing production workshop of Nanjing H group as the research object. According to the research and data analysis of the production efficiency of the enterprise. Understand the current production efficiency of the workshop, and find the factors that affect the production efficiency. According to the professional knowledge that have learned, combined with the actual situation of the enterprise. Using SLP, working research and other tools to improve production efficiency. Through the adjustment of the workshop layout, improve the workshop logistics, reduce the waste of transportation. On the other hand,It improves the efficiency of the workshop by using the program analysis and action analysis.
