医药配送的第三方物流业务拓展研究

摘 要

随着医药物流行业的不断发展,第三方物流(Third Party Logistics, TPL)作为一种新兴的行业也逐渐被医药行业接受。在医药第三方物流市场的竞争中,不断的创新、开拓新型业务,能够为企业提供强大的竞争力,而其业务发展的方向则直接决定了业务拓展的成功与否,成为了众多医药第三方物流企业的当务之急。本论文,就是以M公司为例,通过各类调查研究方法,为其确定了,是否应该进行业务拓展,业务拓展的方向,以及如何拓展等问题。

首先,本论文阐述了公司自身的概况、行业发展现状、同行业竞争对手情况以及顾客需求情况,在全面了解现状之后,论文对公司业务拓展进行了SWOT分析,以确定公司的现状以及行业的现状下是否适合进行业务拓展。其次,论文建设性拟定三个适合公司的拓展方向,基于YAAHP软件以层次分析法进行了业务的可行性分析,并选择出最适合公司的一个拓展方向。通过研究分析,论文以供应商管理库存(Vendor Managed Inventory, VMI)为主要拓展方向。然后论文针对M公司的现状进行了VMI整体的设计,包括框架设计,系统设计,流程设计以及运营设计,并建立了VMI系统绩效评估体系。最后,论文对公司业务拓展的方向和发展做了展望和建议。论文通过对医药第三方物流企业业务拓展方向的一整套分析和设计,为M公司以及医药第三方物流企业提供了建议和意见,有一定参考价值。

Business Development Research On Medical Third-party Logistics

Abstract:

With the development of medical logistics, third party logistics is accepted gradually as a emerging industry. In the medical third party logistics industry, business development research can provide enterprises stronger competitiveness, and the directions of business development directly determine whether the development is successful. So it is becoming an imperative of many medical third party logistics enterprises. This paper determines why does it develop, what does it develop and how to develop through various survey research methods for company M.

First of all, This paper describes an overview of the company M, development of the industry, competitors in the industry and customers’ demand. After a comprehensive understanding of the current status of this, the paper conducts the SWOT analysis for company's business development to determine whether it is suitable for business development in this current status of the company and the industry. Secondly, the three constructive directions of business development are prepared for the company M, with the software YAAHP, paper conducted business analysis based on AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process), and select the direction which is best suited to the company's development. Through research and analysis, paper chooses the VMI (Vendor Managed Inventory) as the main development direction. And then, Aiming the status of the company, paper provides the overall design of VMI for company M, including frame design, system design, process design and operational design, and establishes a VMI system performance assessment system. Finally, the paper provides the prospects and recommendations for the development of the company's business development. Paper provides a comprehensive analysis and design of medical third party logistics business development direction for the company M and provides the recommendations and advice for the company M and medical third party logistics enterprises, it has a certain reference value.
