Industrial Design Application In the Enterprise

Abstract: Soft case coating machine is one of the most vital manufacturing devices in lithium battery industry. The quality of coated pole pieces is tightly interrelated with the coating machine. So the coating machine needs to be designed so well as to ensure better machine accuracy and quality. To my investigation, coating machine is not commercial available so far for products(pole pieces) from different enterprises share various sizes .In this case, almost all enterprises in lithium battery industry determine to research and design coating machine independently, so does the enterprises I worked on. The present coating machine is semi-automatic which needs manual operation to run up. What’s more, it is lack of machine accuracy and workers have to operate it repeatedly, which leads to fatigue. Based on the present one, my design is aimed at promoting the level of automation, electrification, machine accuracy and capacity. The present one is used to machine 25Ah pole pieces. But owing to the change of production plan, the new machine will be used to machine 80Ah pole pieces, which are quite different from the 25Ah ones in shape and size. In this case, the internal structure of the present one will be redesigned. During the process of design, I will focus on the confirmation of components size, choosing the right material, processing requirements, meeting the structural performance and part mating. At the same time, I will seek a more rational and economical design without compromising performance. In conclusion, the new coating machine will be a humanized, precise, high powered and efficient one.

绪论
锂电池的概述
我国的锂离子电池产业起步较晚,欧美发达国家在基础锂电池科学领域内的研究积累已经有半个多世纪,已经积累了丰富的锂电池研发和生产经验。但随着我国经济的发展,对能源的依赖性越来越强,我国的生态环境也在面临着与日俱增的威胁。如今国家也正处在能源结构调整期,出台了很多有关新能源产业的政策,尤其集中在新能源汽车和电池领域。目前新能源汽车产业蓬勃发展,作为新能源汽车中的核心储能设备,动力电池存在着巨大的潜在市场。国内一些有研发实力,有资金,有生产技术的企业看到了锂电池行业发展的广阔前景,他们作为我国锂电池行业的先锋,大力推动了我国锂电池产业的进步和发展。目前我国的锂电池产业已经具备相当大的规模,产品可靠性、寿命、稳定性已达到国际水平。
锂电池的重要生产工艺
锂电池根据形状不同分为圆柱形锂电池和方形锂电池。两种电池的工作原理相同,制造工艺大体一致,但实际生产时具体工艺上面有较大差异。我所工作的公司所生产的锂电池主要为汽车动力电池,正极采用锂化合物LixCoO2、LixNiO2 、LixMnO2 、LiFePO4(主要材料)和三元复合材料,负极采用锂-碳层间化合物LiXC6。在充放电过程中,Li 在两个电极之间往返嵌入和脱嵌,被形象的称为“摇椅电池”。充电时,Li 从正极脱嵌,经过电解质嵌入负极,负极处于富锂状态,放电时则相反。
