基于仿真的多产品生产调度研究

摘 要

首先本文根据获取的数据,运用ARENA软件构建出车间的静态模型和动态模型,并以WIP(平均在制品数量)、未完成工件百分比、平均系统逗留时间和平均队列排序个数作为评价指标分别对22种调度规则(包括10种单一调度规则和12种混合调度规则)进行评价和总结,再进一步确定所有调度规则的总排名。其次,根据各产品实际需求数量与每个调度规则下各产品生产数量的对比情况,选取出最好的调度规则。最后结合上述两种结果,选择出最优的调度规则。结果表明,SPT、L(PT*WT)在综合排名和对比结果中都表现的很好,所以选择它们作为最优的调度规则。

本文还指出,一旦某种产品需求量发生变化,那么最优调度规则也会发生变化。多产品生产调度是一个复杂、变化的过程,没有哪一种调度规则能适应所有的生产要求。因此,调度人员应切合实际,根据车间的实际状况、生产要求和调度目标选择调度规则。

RESEARCH ON MULTI PRODUCT PRODUCTION SCHEDULING BASED ON SIMULATION

Abstract: In today's society the fierce competition has been increasingly in the market and customer demand cycle has been shortened,if the enterprise want to establish an unassailable position in the market,it must introduce more advanced,scientific production and management pattern. The choice of suitable production dispatching method can improve the enterprise's competitive advantage.This paper obtain data from a SMT workshop,then provide the best scheduling rule for the workshop by simulation based on date.

Firstly,build static model and dynamic model of workshop according to the data using the Arena software.The WIP (average WIP),unfinished workpiece percentage, average system time of stay and average queue number of sorting is seen as evaluation index to evaluate and summarize 22 kinds of scheduling rules,including 10 kinds of single dispatching rules and 12 kinds of hybrid scheduling rules and next determine the ranking of all scheduling rules.Secondly,contrast the quantity of production in each scheduling rule based on simulation and the actual demand of each product to choose the best scheduling rule.Finally,choose the optimal scheduling rule by combining the res-ult of the comprehensive rankings and the comparison.The results show that SPT and L (PT*WT) are both well in the ranking and correlation results,so they are the best scheduling rules for the workshop.

This paper also points out that once the changes in demand for a product,then optimal scheduling rule will also change,multi product production scheduling is a complex and changing process,there is no one kind of scheduling rules can meet all the requirements of production.Therefore,the dispatcher should suit the reality,according to the actual situation of the workshop,production requirements and scheduling rules of the target selection.
