摘 要
利用该仿真模型针对不同情况下的电机生产策略,提出了三种调度方案。这三种方案分别是在维持产能不变的情况下进行过剩产能的释放,减少在制品堆积量;在增加目标总产能的情况下,通过增开机器和工作台,增加产能,减少在制品堆积量;在机床具有故障率与平均故障恢复时间的条件下建立了金工车间的动态模型,通过运行该动态仿真模型发现故障率对于企业产能具有较大的影响,该电机企业需要注重设备的点检、维修、保养等。本文重点关注流水作业中工时损失、工序堆积导致的物流系统堵塞和生产线中止,重点研究平行工时和产能过剩问题。本次研究中模型的建立是对实际生产的适当简化和描述,通过实地采集数据和研究,将重要的工艺及数据输入进模型。通过运用仿真软件对企业生产过程优化,本文具有以下创新点:将生产过程优化的工业工程改善方法和可视化仿真方法相结合;利用仿真模型的实时性,对生产策略进行实时调整。关键词:建模仿真;在制品;产能过剩;生产调度
Optimization of production process of electric machinery enterprises based on simulation

Abstract: The understanding of the process of enterprise production, through the use of simulation software model is a low cost and effective way, can not waste labor, machinery and time based on, degree reduction real status of the product line. This paper in view of the production process of a motor company optimization problem by using simulation software eM-Plant built factory stamping workshop, metalworking workshop, electrical workshop, assembly workshop, cast aluminum group and the leaching paint the whole plant production model is studied. By using this simulation model, three scheduling schemes are proposed for different situations. The three schemes are in maintaining the same capacity to release excess capacity, reduce WIP levels; on the increase of the total capacity of the target, through additional machines and workstations, increase productivity, reduce WIP levels; in the machine tool has the failure rate and the average failure recovery time conditions established metalworking workshop dynamic model, by running the dynamic simulation model of fault detection rate has great effect on the production capacity of enterprises, the motor enterprises need to pay attention to equipment inspection, repair, maintenance and so on. This paper focuses on the loss of time and the production line of the logistics system which is caused by the loss of time and the accumulation of working procedure. The establishment of the model is the appropriate simplification and description of the actual production, through the field data collection and research, the important process and data input into the model. Through the use of simulation software to optimize the production process, this paper has the following innovations: production line balancing of the industrial engineering improvement method and visual simulation method combining; is proposed based on Simulation and optimization of the production line balance method, in order to get more realistic close to students of improvement measures.
