光学测量系统在车身钣金件制造中的应用研究

摘 要

对光学测量系统在钣金的几何尺寸检验过程中的应用进行研究。同事和现场质检员反馈测量系统的问题后,使用了精益化管理工具:VSM;测量系统分析工具:MSA对公司GOM光学检测系统进行系统的分析,并分析出了测量流程和测量过程中需要改善和优化的问题点。通过与GOM 公司咨询并结合国内研究现状,最终提出一种可靠的,全新的测量流程和测量方法。通过测量系统分析和其他试验确定,这套测量流程和测量方法能够大大提高汽车钣金件的光学扫描检测的设备应用率和人员效率并保证了点云能够最大程度地摄取,并降低了原测量流程导致的测量系统线性偏差大等问题。该毕业设计从头至尾是一个在企业实际中解决问题和改善的闭循环,从问题发现;问题分析;提出方案;方案验证与试验;标准化;进一步改善,从而做到持续改善。其中每一步都选用了较为恰当的方法论,可作为实例为国内在光学测量系统方面进行应用研究的学者和想要在实际工作中对光学测量系统进行持续改善的从业者提供分析时使用的方法论和改善经验的参考;而改善的技术层面的内容同样也是结合了光学测量行业最新的技术与理论,为学者和从业者提供技术应用方面的参考。

Research on the application of optical measuring system in the manufacture of body sheet metal parts

Abstract

The application of optical measuring system in the process of sheet metal geometric dimension inspection is studied.After feedbacks from colleagues and field quality inspectors on the problems of the measurement system, lean management tools were used: VSM;Measurement system analysis tool: MSA made a systematic analysis of the company's GOM optical detection system, and analyzed the measurement process and the problem points that need to be improved and optimized in the measurement process.By consulting with GOM company and combining with the current situation of domestic research, we finally put forward a reliable and new measurement process and method.Through the measurement system analysis and other tests, this measurement process and method can greatly improve the equipment application rate and personnel efficiency of optical scanning detection of automobile sheet metal parts, ensure the point cloud can be absorbed to the maximum extent, and reduce the problem of large linear deviation of the measurement system caused by the original measurement process.The graduation project from beginning to end is a closed cycle of solving problems and improving in the actual enterprise, from the problem discovery;Problem analysis;Put forward a plan;Verification and test of scheme;Standardization;Further improvement, so that continuous improvement.In each step, a more appropriate methodology is selected, which can be used as examples for domestic scholars who are engaged in applied research in optical measurement system and practitioners who want to continuously improve optical measurement system in practical work to provide a reference for the methodology used in analysis and improvement experience.The improved technical content also combines the latest technology and theory in the optical measurement industry to provide reference for scholars and practitioners in the application of technology.
