摘 要

本次毕业设计的内容是半自动铣床液压系统,铣床是按照零件制作的要求,并且在液压传动的基本上,配以少量专用零件的机床。液压铣床在实际的运用中有很大的实用度,可以按照液压传动所需的负载的大小,能够生产的铣床。这次的液压系统设计,主要利用本身掌握的学问,并且翻阅大量的参考文献,来对该液压系统进行设计以及计算,牢固所学的知识,把握住在进行液压系统设计的过程中所用到的环节,能够准确无误地选择标准执行机构液压配件,能够精通选用在设计过程中的设计系统时需要满足其需求的液压的配件部分。液压缸是位于液压传动系统中的液压执行机构的一部分。液压缸的特点是其结构简便,运行牢靠,制造难度较低,在日常的运用中较为方便,发动机转速稳固等好处。所以该类液压缸在实际的使用中,能够涉及到各个方面的生产。

液压缸在多处都用很广泛的应用,例如从民用到国防、工程机械中、冶金工业中、机床工业中、轻纺工业中、汽车工业中、农业机械中等。液压缸都在其中起到重要的作用,所以,在对于液压缸的设计制造时的完善和强化过程中,有目的的去提升液压缸的使用的时间和使用的效率,这也是对液压传动的设计有着很重要的作用。

Abstract

The content of this graduation design is semi-automatic milling machine hydraulic system, milling machine is in accordance with the requirements of parts production, and in the hydraulic transmission of the basic, with a small number of special parts of the machine tool. Hydraulic milling machine in the actual use of a great degree of practicality, can be in accordance with the size of the load required by the hydraulic transmission, can produce milling machine. The hydraulic system design, the main use of their own knowledge, and read a large number of references, to the hydraulic system design and calculation, firmly learned knowledge, grasp the link used in the process of hydraulic system design, Able to accurately select hydraulic parts of standard actuator, proficient in selecting hydraulic parts that need to meet its requirements during the design process of the design system. The hydraulic cylinder is a part of the hydraulic actuator in the hydraulic transmission system. The hydraulic cylinder is characterized by its simple structure, reliable operation, low manufacturing difficulty, more convenient in daily use, stable engine speed and other benefits. So this kind of hydraulic cylinder in the actual use, can be involved in all aspects of production.

Hydraulic cylinder in many places are used in a very wide range of applications, such as from civil to national defense, engineering machinery, metallurgy industry, machine tool industry, textile industry, automotive industry, agricultural machinery medium. The hydraulic cylinder plays an important role in it, so in the design and manufacture of the hydraulic cylinder to improve and strengthen the process, purposeful to improve the use of the hydraulic cylinder time and efficiency, which is also a very important role in the design of hydraulic transmission.
