摘 要
城市绿化过程中,每年都会修剪下大量的树枝,修剪下的树枝形状各异、大小不等、粗细不均,收集整理十分不便。由于树枝蓬松,运输效率低,费时又费力,而且运输安全性差。而运出的枝桠,部分被送到垃圾场,部分被烧掉。虽然树枝处理了,但污染了环境,浪费了人力物力。因此枝桠处理不但是令市政府部门头疼的问题,也是工厂、学校、小区、果园等每年都要面临的问题。
将树枝就地粉碎削片再储存在一个大容量的料仓里,不仅可以节省运输成本、减少树枝堆积用地、净化环境,削片粉碎后的枝叶碎渣还可以用于生产有机堆肥,改良土壤,进行循环利用;或加工成制浆造纸和生产人造板所需的工艺木片;或进行粉碎后循环利用,制作成了压缩燃料块或作为裸露地覆盖物,能变废为宝。近年来,树枝削片粉碎处理悄然兴起,带动了储存料仓的发展,其中运用螺旋叶片实现了进料和出料的功能,这不仅大大改变了以往人力处理枯枝落叶的模式、加快了树枝树叶的处理速度,而且节省了费用,还减轻了工人的劳动量,成了枝桠处理的必然趋势。
因此,在研制树枝粉碎粉碎机的同时,为了提高枝桠处理效率、扩大枝桠的用途、提高枝桠的利用率、节约资源、美化环境,对于粉碎车料仓系统的设计也是必不可少的。

Abstract
