沥青再生机摊铺装置设计

摘 要

沥青路面与水泥混凝土路面相比的其路面结构优点显著,它是由以矿料作为主体加之沥青材料作为粘合剂粘合修筑成的面层与垫层以及各类基层所构成的。但受限于自身结构特点与设计要求,在使用一定年限后难以保障正常通行的需求,这时需要对路面进行养护或者大修。而大量的废旧沥青混合料会产生在这一过程中,这些废料中的沥青与矿料还具有相当多的使用价值,直接废弃会造成不可再生资源的大量浪费,同时也会增加公路养护成本,对环境造成很大的危害。因此,废旧沥青混合料的回用已成为公路建设和发展的必然要求。大家提出了厂再生法,即将挖出的旧料运回工厂进行再生,这种思想的产生极大的降低了资源的浪费与维护的成本。但囿于道路修筑的复杂状况,运输旧料也会消耗能源,于是人们开始设想能否有一种机器,在现场完成旧沥青料清除、回收、再生,最后摊铺熨平,从而形成崭新的符合标准的沥青路面,这种机器就是沥青再生机。它能够路面现场作业,自动化运行,迅速高效完成沥青路面修复。然而目前国内虽然已有成型的产品,但却受限于外国专利,自主研发程度较低,本论文就是对其诸多摊铺装置进行的设计,该装置主要构成部分为螺旋布料器、振动装置、振捣装置,熨平板,自动调平装置,拱度调节装置。本人通过设计计算,采用Solidworks三维造型,AutoCAD二维制图,并且借助和参考了许多前人的工作,完成了符合技术标准的螺旋布料器、振捣装置、振动装置的三维造型,以及螺旋布料器、振动,熨平装置的二维制图。

Abstract

Asphalt pavement and cement concrete pavement has obvious advantages compared to cement concrete pavement. It is composed of a surface layer and a cushion layer and a variety of basic layers that are made of binder and binder. However, due to its own structural characteristics and design requirements, after a certain number of years, it is difficult to guarantee the normal traffic demand. At this time, the road surface needs to be maintained or overhauled. A large amount of waste asphalt mixture will be generated in this process. The asphalt and mineral materials in these wastes also have considerable use value. Direct waste will cause a large amount of non-renewable resources to be wasted, and it will also increase the cost of road maintenance. It causes great harm to the environment. Therefore, the reuse of used asphalt mixture has become an inevitable requirement for highway construction and development. Everyone proposed the plant regeneration method, and the old materials to be excavated will be transported back to the factory for regeneration. The generation of this idea has greatly reduced the cost of resource waste and maintenance. However, due to the complicated conditions of road construction, the transportation of old materials also consumes energy, so people began to imagine whether there would be a machine to complete the removal, recycling and regeneration of the old asphalt material on site, and finally paved the iron to make a new conformity. Standard asphalt pavement, this machine is asphalt recycling machine. It can work on-site on the road surface, automate the operation, and quickly and efficiently complete repair of asphalt pavement. However, although domestic products have been formed, they are limited by foreign patents and their level of independent research and development is low. This paper is the design of many paving devices. The paving device consists of auger, vibration, and vibration. Device, screed, automatic leveling device, crown adjustment device and other components. I designed and calculated using Solidworks three-dimensional modeling, AutoCAD two-dimensional drawing , and with reference to a lot of previous work, completed the three-dimensional spiral distributor, vibrator device, vibration device in line with technical standards Modeling, two-dimensional drawings of augers, vibrations, and screeds.
