圆管塑料件注射模设计
本论文主要阐述了圆管塑料件注射模具的设计过程。本设计先对圆管塑料件注塑件进行成型工艺计算,然后使用UG软件进行分模并根据计算建立模具三维模型,利用Moldflow2010软件进行模流分析,最后在CAD中进行二维绘图。文中对圆管塑料件注塑件的材料PP进行了分析,也对塑件的结构进行了研究分析。本设计的设计难点在于塑件的型芯是一长一短,并且一头的型芯长度很长,需要用到液压抽芯,如果不使用液压抽芯,使用侧抽芯,则会导致侧抽芯的行程十分长,从而导致整个模具的总体大小很大,成本很高。模具中必须使用侧向抽芯机构和液压抽芯。本文对模具的设计步骤和方法进行了详细的介绍,此次的毕业设计中包含了以下的分析与设计:塑件分析、MOLDFLOW分析、拟定模具的结构形式和初选注射机、浇注系统的设计、成型零件的设计和计算、 脱出机构的设计、侧向分型与抽芯机构的设计、液压侧抽芯的设计、排气系统的设计、冷却系统的设计、合模导向机构设计。

Design of Injection Mold for Circular Pipe Plastic Parts
Abstract:This paper mainly interpret the Design of Injection Mold for Circular Pipe Plastic Parts. In this design, the molding process of circular tube plastic injection parts is calculated first, then UG software is used to split the mold and establish a three-dimensional model of the mold according to the calculation, Moldflow2010 software is used to analyze the mold flow, and finally two-dimensional drawing is carried out in CAD. In this paper, the material PP of round pipe plastic injection parts is analyzed, and the structure of plastic parts is also studied and analyzed. The design difficulty of this design is that the core of the plastic part is long and short, and the length of the core at one end is very long, so hydraulic core pulling is needed. If hydraulic core pulling is not used, side core pulling will lead to a very long stroke of side core pulling, which will lead to a large overall size and high cost of the whole mold. Lateral core-pulling mechanism and hydraulic core-pulling mechanism must be used in the mould. In this paper, the design steps and methods of the mold are introduced in the detail. It includes the following analysis of plastic parts, MOLDFLOW analysis, drawing up the structural form of the mold and primary selection of injection machines, design of gating system, design and calculation of molding parts, design of ejection mechanism, design of lateral parting and core-pulling mechanism, design of hydraulic side core-pulling, design of exhaust system, design of cooling system and design of mold closing guide mechanism.
