DEVELOP OF THE INTELLIGENT LOOM STOPWATCH

Abstract:At present, China's textile enterprises in the labor cost of production inputs and much higher than the foreign enterprises, most of equipment is in the single machine operation status out of the network. In a single state function of the loom efficiency is lower,and it not good to the production management . So for the sake of high production efficiency in recent years, the domestic some large textile enterprises have started to install the corresponding production process monitoring system. Now in the market of water jet loom collation collation similar structure and function, the current sales of the most common water jet loom clock was adopted 8031 series single chip microcomputer and character type liquid crystal display structure, when the clock through the interface connected to the machine, weaving machine run a lot of information can be read out directly on the stopwatch, brought enormous convenient for production management. The divisions of the operation, for example, loom working hours, working time, work efficiency and so on, the speed of the loom, etc. However, existing codes do not have networking communications functions to meet the needs of modern intelligent textile production. In order to meet the needs of modern intelligent textile production, developed a network communication function of the meter is imperative. In this environment, so I started to develop new type of water jet loom intelligent meter development intelligent loom clock with network communication ability to improve the skill level of the textile industry is of great significance and application prospects. For water jet loom intelligent clock can realize what is weaving length measurement, the horse to fixed yards of cloth, statistical shift production information, calculate the production efficiency and realize the basic function such as RS485 network function. For water jet loom in textile fabric and production management has brought great convenience

1.绪论

1.1 引言

喷水织机二十世纪五十年代由捷克斯洛伐克人V.Svaty开发出的一种无梭织机,最早的喷水织机产品出现于1955年在布鲁塞尔召开的国际纺织机械展览会上。我国从本世纪70年代开始研制喷水织机,主要采取仿制的手段。1980年,上海第十五丝织厂在全国首家引进日本津田驹Zw型喷水丝织机52台,至1992年,全国丝织厂共引进日本丰田LW型喷水织机2190台,日本津田驹ZW型喷水织机1842台,意大利Jl一1000型喷水织机120台,捷克175U型喷水织机20台,喷水织机成为丝织行业引进最多的无梭织机机种[1]

随着人民生活的提高,仿真丝、化纤纺丝、仿麻,仿皮的高档服饰面料需求量大幅上升。纤织物的需求快速增长,这不但为喷水织机提供了快速发展的空间,而且因为纤维原料和织物品种的不断更新,人们对织造技术效率不断提出新的要求,促使喷水织机及喷水织造技术逐步提高。经过十多年的发展,喷水织造的技术水平出现了新面貌。常规大批量投产的织机速度己由最初的400r/min提高到1000r/m左右。
