摘 要
本研究课题通过汽车操控装置符号与显示符号的收集与实车拍摄,整理出成套的符号图像,对它们主要以问卷的形式加上统计学的研究方法研究国内驾驶员对操控装置标示符号与显示符号的辨识程度,找出辨识率不足ISO规范的66.7%的辨识率。对这些符号进行理论分析,找出它们无法达到要求的辨识率的原因,科学地改进设计图标,对它们进行重新问卷调查,使它们达到标准。对于那些经过改进设计仍然不符合标准的图标,有待后续研究。经过研究调查,有9个符号辨识率不足66.7%,对它们进行改进设计后辨识率均达到66.7%。

A Study on Recognition of Product Control Device Labeling and Display Icon

Abstract: With the development of science and technology, especially for the rapid development of electronic technology, the function of mechanical and electrical product is also increasing, accordingly, the operation interface and the control panel display information becomes more and more complex. Whether the function of the products can be used to maximize dependents on the user’s master degree and familiarity to the product, on which the control interface and control device plays an important role. This article will focus on the automobile of typical electromechanical products .They realize all kinds of operation and information displaying usually by some image symbol indicates, and they are various, operation interface and display information are complex however. These symbols were less uniform design in the world, and many foreign models is mainly used English tag operation, whether the driver can correctly grasp the symbol or mark and identification is worth studying.
This research topic is to find out the identification rate less than a certain recognition rate of ISO specification through collecting the symbols of auto control device and display symbols with the real shooting, finishing a symbolic image sets. For them, it is mainly through research methods of questionnaire and statistics to research domestic drivers’ identification degree of symbol of control device and display. To find out the reason of the recognition rate that can’t reach the requirements through a theoretical analysis for these symbols, and scientifically design icon, to survey on them, so as to reach the standard. For those that redesigned still does not meet the standard icon, they’re up to be later study. After investigation, there are 9 symbol recognition rate is less than 66.7%, whose recognition rate reached 66.7% after redesigned.
