摘 要

在设计夹具的过程中,遇到了很多需要解决的问题,主要解决了有以下几个问题:1:在一定程度上,保证被测磁芯与夹具的同轴度问题;2:保证夹具组装过程中的同轴度;3:设计和计算N型接头塑料一端到铜磁芯之间的外导体尺寸;4:设计两套不同尺寸的夹具来解决磁环和夹具之间空隙大小对测试精度产生影响的问题;5:同轴夹具和E5061B矢量网络分析仪的连接问题;6:同轴夹具的固定放置问题。

Abstract:Magnetic material, Soft magnetic materials, in the inductor, power supply interference filter, a lot of applications. The complex permeability of soft magnetic materials is the main index to evaluate the performance of the soft magnetic materials. The inductive impedance method is one of the methods to measure the complex permeability of soft magnetic materials in the problem of the measurement of the complex permeability of soft magnetic materials in the condition of no current bias and current bias. Which is divided into two kinds, one is need special instrument to measure, the disadvantage is made stringent requirements to be measured the size of the ring; the second is the self-made fixture to measure. Ferrite ring is measured in a short circuit terminal of home made coaxial fixture. At this time this fixture is equivalent of a wound with the inductance of a coil of wire, or with a distribution parameter of the transmission line. Inductance impedance method is a relatively complex permeability by measuring the input impedance of the coaxial fixture to calculate the measured magnetic ring. On the basis of the original fixture, this paper designs a new complex permeability test fixture.

In the process of designing fixture, I met a lot of problems that need to be solved. Mainly solved the following problems.1.To a certain extent, to ensure that the magnetic core and the fixture of the coaxial problem.2 To ensure the coaxial degree of fixture assembly process.3 Design and calculation of the outer conductor dimensions of N type joints.4 The design of two sets of different sizes to solve the size of the gap between the clamp ring and the fixture have influence on the test precision.5 Connection problem of coaxial clamp and E5061B vector network analyzer.6 Fixed placement of coaxial fixture..
