摘 要
随着制造业企业国际化程度日益提高,统计过程控制系统成为企业信息化中的必备一环。现在的中国高校教学体系中,也越来越意识到统计过程控制的原理和使用的教学意义。本毕业设计将以高校统计过程控制教学为应用背景,设计和实现统计过程控制系统。使其在质量工程教学中有一定的推广价值。本毕业设计作品的设计目的就是完成企业统计过程控制系统的示教软件的开发。供教师向学生传授统计过程控制系统理论知识和展示操作流程。让学生对统计过程控制应用方法有直观清晰的了解,而不是只停留在对统计学基础理论的浅显认知。作品的实现方法是:前台用C#软件编写程序设计窗口,后台数据库选用Access数据库。数据库的操作方法选用SQL语言。在设计研究过程中,笔者先深入学习统计学原理和统计过程控制方法,在周一帆指导老师开设的质量工程任选课上储备大量理论知识,为完成软件作品奠定好理论的基石,并且在理解的基础上提出对统计过程控制系统改进的意见想法。在编写软件时笔者认真学习c#编程语言,自主钻研运用各种类中的方法调用,灵活使用SQL语言达到对数据库的操作目的。 本毕业设计作品实现的功能是:1.数据库设计与数据录入。2.控制限计算。3.控制图绘制输出。简要完成了统计过程控制系统操作流程。本毕业设计作品的创新之处在于:C#前台编写软件中没有自带的描点绘图控件,所以为了完成控制图的输出,笔者选用了zedgraph第三方插件。笔者通过对zedgraph类库的学习研究,最终达到了熟练使用并绘制控制图的目的。

Abstract:
With the increasing degree of internationalization of manufacturing enterprises, statistical process control system has become an essential part of enterprise information. Now in the teaching system of Chinese higher education, it is also becoming more and more aware of the principle and the use of statistical process control. This graduation project will take the University 统计过程控制 teaching as the application background, the design and the realization 统计过程控制 system. So that it has a certain value in the teaching of quality engineering. The design goal of this graduation project is to complete the development of the teaching software of SPC system. For teachers to teach students SPC system theoretical knowledge and display operation process. Let students have a clear understanding of SPC application methods, rather than just stay in the basic theory of statistics on the plain. The realization method of the work is: the front desk uses the C# software to write the programming window, the backstage database chooses the Access database. The operation method of database uses SQL language. In the design process, the author of the first in-depth study of the principle of statistics and statistical process control methods, opened in Zhou Yifan instructor quality engineering optional courses on reserve, a large number of theoretical knowledge, to complete the software works laid the cornerstone of the theory, and in understanding based on against the SPC system improvement ideas. In the preparation of software, I seriously study the c# programming language, the use of various types of methods to study calls, flexible use of SQL language to achieve the purpose of the operation of the database. The function of this graduation project is: 1 database design and data entry. 2 control limit calculation. 3 control chart drawing output. The operation process of SPC system is briefly completed. The innovation of this graduation project is: C# front desk writing software does not have its own tracing point drawing control, so in order to complete the output of the control chart, the author chooses the ZedGraph third party plug-in. Through the study of the ZedGraph class library, the author finally reached the goal of proficiency in using and drawing the control chart.
