摘 要
在展开装置设计中,利用重力实现铜箔的张紧,在铜箔间歇地进给时,张紧轮依靠自身的重力使铜箔一直处于张紧状态;在裁切装置设计中,考虑胶辊需要提供的摩擦力,以保证铜箔在进给时不会打滑,在静止时不会回收;在传送装置设计中,保证铜箔在传送的过程中,不会发生起皱等损伤,起到裁切装置和整理装置之间的过渡作用;在整理装置设计中,运用弹簧力与铜箔重力的平衡,保证传送装置与整理装置的衔接,通过振动实现铜箔片的整理。在已有的铜箔裁切机基础上,对四个设计部分中的铜箔整理装置进行了较为详尽的设计与计算,这是实现铜箔生产自动化的关键所在。
设计完成的铜箔裁剪机可以实现铜箔展开、裁剪、传送、整理四个部分的自动化工作。在缩减人工的基础上,不仅提高了铜箔的生产效率,还降低了铜箔的损坏率。

Abstract:With the rapid development of electronic information industry, the amount of electronic grade copper will become increasingly large, thereby improving the processing efficiency of the copper become necessary. Design a simple structure and easy to operate, instead of human labor, to achieve automatic control foil cutting. Foil cutting machine is mainly divided into four parts: expansion means, cutting means, transfer means, sorting means.
In the expanded plant, using gravity to achieve foil tensioning, when copper intermittently feed, relying on its own gravity tensioner copper foil has been in a state of tension; In the cutting device, consider the need to provide friction rubber roller, to ensure that the foil will not slip in the feed, the recovery will not be at rest; The conveyor ensure that the copper foil during transmission does not occur in wrinkling injury, played the role of the transition between the cutting device and a finisher; In the finishing plant, the use of force and balance spring foil gravity transfer means to ensure convergence and consolidation means to achieve copper foil finishing by vibration. In the existing copper cutting machine, based on the design of the four sections of the copper foil finishing apparatus for a more detailed design and calculation, which is the key to automation.
The foil cutting machine can expand, cutting, conveying, sorting. On the basis of artificial reduction,it not only improve the efficiency of foil production, but also reduces the failure rate of the copper foil.
