摘要

测绘有着悠久历史，并且测绘成果也广泛应用在国家的城建、国家土地管理、经济发展规划、生态环境监测与保护等多个领域。在多个领域建设中占据重要作用，也由于如此，测绘成果的分类与管理尤为凸显。随着计算机技术、空间技术和通信技术的飞速发展，测绘科技应用范围变得更加广泛，数据更新、数据数量、数据类型的增加，使得传统的文件数据管理方式难以满足现代化的测绘成果管理需求。多种技术的迅速发展对基础测绘成果的管理和应用提出了更高、更新的要求:运用现代化的科学技术手段，合理、科学地管理和利用测绘成果，做到数据与资源共享，以提高工作管理效率。该文基于ArcGIS平台，使用ArcEngine组件中的GIS模块，在VS.net开发环境下的C#语言，通过SQL数据库连接，基本可以实现控制点的输入与输出、控制点数据的存储、空间数据检索查询功能、统计分析功能、地图查看、工程管理等功能，使得管理人员及时掌握控制结果。设置管理员的权限控制模式、用户日志查询，不仅方便测绘成果系统的管理，同时也满足测绘成果的保密性。

Abstract

It is that surveying and mapping has a long history, and the achievements of these are also widely used in many fields, such as the city construction, the national land management, the economic development plan, the ecological environment monitoring and protection, so that it plays an important role in the construction of many fields. As a result, the classification and management of Surveying and mapping results are particularly prominent. With the rapid development of computer technology, space technology and communication technology, the application scope of surveying and mapping technology has become more extensive. The number of the data update, the data and the increase of data types make it difficult to meet the needs of the modern management of Surveying and mapping results. The rapid development of various technologies put forward higher and more updated requirements for the management and application of basic surveying and mapping achievements: using modern scientific and technological means to manage and utilize the results of Surveying and mapping reasonably and scientifically, to achieve the sharing of data and resources, so as to improve the efficiency of work management. Based on the ArcGIS platform, using the GIS module in the ArcEngine component, the C# language in the VS.net development environment and the SQL database connection, the input and output of the control point, the storage of control point data， the function of the spatial data retrieval and query, the function of the statistical analysis, the view of the map, the management of the engineering and so on are basically realized. The manager grasps the result of control in time. Setting up the authority control mode and user log query of the administrator not only facilitates the management of the surveying and mapping result system, but also satisfies the secrecy of the surveying and mapping results.
