摘 要

随着社会持续发展和科技的进步，人们的住房需求正变得越来越高，智能家居的设计是为了满足人们的需求而出现的。1985年世界上第一座智能化建筑在美国建成，就有很多的公司开始研究智能家居，也提出了很多的想法，但是这些方法都存在一些问题，所以目前还没有形成一套公认的标准。

在这篇论文中，首先介绍了在市场上的智能家居控制系统的现在的解决方案，然后分别简要介绍了各种各样的解决方案的优点和缺点，然后展望了智能家居未来的前景。智能家居控制系统一般分成三个部分，它们之间相互独立又相互影响，相互作用。最后，再连接各部分设计以形成智能家居系统的解决方案。

本设计的主要内容是分析和研究现有的智能家居的解决方案，寻求一个简便易操作的解决方案。主要是利用用Android系统的无垠和开放性，以及对资源的高效利用，设计出智能家居软件，然后使用系统中的资源来进行开发和设计。同时利用TCP 传输的Socket类完成客户端和服务器之间的通信，将家电，娱乐，照明通过网络集成于一体，通过无线网络或者蓝牙完成网关通信，扩展模块完成了家庭设备的无线通信，并最终通过手机应用程序实现了实时监控和管理。此外，智能社区的最基本的子系统就是智能家居，智能家居有非常明朗的研究前景，此外软件业可以用于普通用户和酒店和其他子系统，实现了家用电器的远程控制和本地控制相结合，整套系统简易简单，界面友好，经实际测试具有很好的应用效果，具有很高的推广和研究价值。

Abstract

This paper first introduces the solution of the existing smart home control system on the market, and then compares each other, gives the advantages and disadvantages of different solutions, and finally gives the future prospects. In this paper, the intelligent home control system is divided into three parts. The three parts are designed independently, and there is no influence on each other. Finally, the design of each part is connected, and the solution of the intelligent home system is formed.

This paper mainly discusses the internal environment of the family, analyzes and studies the existing intelligent home control schemes, and finds out a kind of intelligent home control scheme which is easy to control and convenient. Based on the openness, unbounded application and high efficiency of the Android system, a set of simple intelligent home control system is designed, and then the intelligent home software control terminal is established by using all kinds of resources in the Android platform. The communication between the client and the service device is completed by the Socket class of TCP transmission, and the household appliances and entertainment are entertaining. The lighting is integrated through the network, the gateway communication is completed through the mobile phone or the tablet computer, the expansion module completes the wireless communication of the household appliances, and finally the real time monitoring and management of the home is realized through the APP on the mobile phone. In addition, as the most basic subsystem of the intelligent community, smart home has a very objective research prospect. The system can be used not only for ordinary family users, but also in hotel and other subsystems. The remote control and local control of household appliances are combined. The whole system is simple, simple, friendly and tested. It has good application effect and has high value of popularization and research.

第一章 绪论

科技的进步彻底改变了我们的工作和生活方式。信息社会不断地影响着人们的生活和工作方式，并对现有的生活空间提出了挑战，不仅人们越来越需要智能的家庭环境，而且他们越来越喜欢智能家用电器。智能家居不仅仅利用了工程学，计算科学，也利用了网络通信技术和布线技术，同时也结合了个性化的需求，还需要整合家中的电器设备比如空调，电灯，电视机等，最终形成一个集安全及其他为一体的统一检测和管理平台来构造一个全新的房屋，它的理念是“以人为中心”。
