摘 要
我国电力工业发展至今已有130多年,传统变电站也正因自动控制和非常规变电站技术的发展慢慢退出行业舞台,取而代之的则是数字化智能变电站。为了提高传输电能的效率和质量,使电力行业跟上社会经济的发展,各个电力部门也都积极配合,开展变电站智能化变革。智能变电站是智能电网的重要组成部分之一,智能变电站还是连接智能电网发电、送电、变电、配电、用电和调度六大环节的关键部分,在技术方面和功能上能更好地满足智能电网信息化、自动化、互动化的标准。中国国家电网公司智能电网规划报告发展目标中提出:“设备信息和运行维护战略与电力调度实现充分互动,实现基于状态的全寿命周期综合优化管理。枢纽变电站和中心变电站全面建成为智能化变电站,实现全网运行维护数据的统一采集、实时信息共享以及电网实时控制和智能化调节,支持级电网的安全、稳定运行和各种高级应用。”随着网络通信技术、传感器技术、信息技术的发展,促进了传统的变电站转变为智能变电站。多座智能变电站的建成投运,大提升变电站设备智能化水平和设备运行可靠性,实现设备运行自动化,增加资源使用和生产管理效率,使运作更加节省成本、节约能源和环保。智能变电站是坚强智能电网的重要根基和支撑。本论文阐述了智能变电站与传统化变电站的主要区别,阐述了智能变电站二次安全隔离措施,对于智能变电站的发展和电网的稳定运行,提供一定的借鉴意义。关键词:智能变电站;二次设备;安全措施;安全隔离;虚端子 |
Abstract
China"s power industry has been developing for more than 130 years, and traditional substation is also being gradually withdrawn from the industry stage due to the development of automatic control and unconventional substation technology, replaced by digital intelligent substation. In order to improve the efficiency and quality of power transmission and keep the power industry up to date with the development of social economy, all power departments are actively cooperating to carry out the intelligent transformation of substations.Smart substation is an important part of the smart grid, smart substation is also connected to the smart grid power generation, transmission, substation, distribution, power consumption and scheduling of six key parts of the six links, in terms of technology and function can better meet the smart grid information, automation, interactive standards. In the smart grid planning report of state grid corporation of China, the development goal is proposed: "equipment information and operation and maintenance strategy can fully interact with power dispatch and realize the comprehensive optimization management of the whole life cycle based on state. The hub substation and central substation have been built into an intelligent substation in an all-round way, realizing the unified collection of operation and maintenance data of the whole network, real-time information sharing, real-time control and intelligent regulation of the power grid, and supporting the safe, stable operation and various advanced applications of the level-3 power grid. With the development of network communication technology, sensor technology and information technology, the traditional substation has been transformed into an intelligent substation. The completion and operation of several smart substations will greatly improve the intelligent level of substation equipment and the reliability of equipment operation, realize the automation of equipment operation, increase the efficiency of resource use and production management, and make the operation more cost saving, energy saving and environmental protection.Smart substation is the important foundation and support of strong smart grid.
